I completed the 2024 GCSE and i am currently an A-Level student. For me, English Language was one of my favourite subjects. I improved in bounds during year 11, going from a grade 4 in my mocks to a grade 9 before my exams in the time period of just a few months. I would first assess the student to see their level. For example, what they currently know, what is being taught in school, and any weak areas. I would focus on one paper and question at a time, and go into depth for every question - what is being asked, any tips and tricks and how to tackle it in a time limit. Lessons will be tailored for each individual student, including examples and practice of their own.
