The idea of “French Coffee” is above all to share a friendly moment, to dare to speak without feeling judged, to practice giving your opinion on a subject drawn from current events and/or in French/Belgian culture and finally, to be able to bounce back, to respond fluidly in a real situation. Before each session, I will send you a folder like this, containing an article, a podcast, links to videos; all this content will be related to the theme that we will address during our “French Coffee”. Corrections and feedback! :)

Oriental dance is an art that combines body awareness, technique and emotion. It is based on the isolation of different parts of the body and allows you to work on muscle strengthening and flexibility thanks to a subtle mix of accents and fluid movements.
