The initial session will involve delving into what you want to work on. Your personalized plan will be supported with audio and video content to help you with the day-to-day improvement practices until the following scheduled session.

The classes are gentle, safe and always adapted to you personally. They end in a beautiful restorative relaxation session that will leave you feeling invigorated and rejuvenated.

We will work on techniques aiming at improving the depth of your breath, and you will be learning how to use your breath to regulate your nervous system, enhancing your coping skills in stressful situations, improving your sleep, boosting your energy levels, helping your immune system and feeling better and more energized every day.
