Kundalini yoga and meditation is a powerful tool to help us manage patterns in our lives which are restricting us from living as we would want to live. Using breathing, postures, relaxation, mantra, mudra and meditation to strenghten our physical mental and emotional selves.
Class will be structured to suit your age and fitness level. Kundalini yoga is a yoga suitable to all people, and can be adapted for people unable to sit on floor, or unable to move freely. It can be done on a chair, a bed or a mat, the only inportant is that you are committed to participation and using these ancient tools to enhance and bring clarity and peace to your everyday life.
