I have a degree in teaching (Mention in English) and I am willing to teach Basque, mathematics, Spanish, social sciences, environmental sciences, English, music... to students who are in primary school. My work would not be based only on doing the exercises and work that the student takes home. I believe that for the correct development of the student it is essential to understand the why of things and not just limit yourself to doing the exercises. I also like to focus on teaching and transmitting to the student the importance of acquiring good habits and values that will be of great help for both their academic and personal development.
In addition, I have studied music for several years and I consider that I can be of great help in this matter.
We are taught to be experts in "hard skills", such as programming, mathematics or engineering, but we often lack an understanding of "soft skills". The latter are what really define how we apply our technical skills and, therefore, are crucial on our path to success. For this reason, I consider it essential to start developing these skills from an early age.
Emotional management, the formation of positive habits, effective communication and the ability to speak in public are just some of the key skills that we must cultivate from childhood. This comprehensive approach prepares us not only to excel in our careers, but also to thrive in our personal lives and interpersonal relationships.
These skills are highly valued by companies today, since an individual who possesses a solid set of soft skills can adapt and learn new technical skills with ease. The ability to manage emotions, communicate effectively, work as a team, and develop positive habits makes a big difference in job performance and an individual's ability to contribute to the success of the company.
Additionally, having cultivated these skills from an early age can be an indicator of a person's ability to adapt, grow, and learn throughout their life. This is particularly valuable in an ever-changing world of work, where the ability to learn and adapt quickly is critical to long-term success.
