Hello everyone, my name is Alexandre, I am 20 years old and I am currently ranked 2/6 in France and it is almost 10 years since I play tennis. My goal in giving these private lessons of tennis is to transmit to you my science of the game and to make you progress to the maximum thanks to all the experience that I acquired by doing many courses in the four corners of the world (Switzerland, England, United States, Brazil, ...), many courses that I could give as a teacher in Paris and Oxford (England) and the many competitions I've done since I started tennis (eg national tournament of Cap d'Agde in the final phase). My classes are directed to all those who want to learn or progress in tennis, whatever their age and whatever their level. The lessons I give on one hour are divided into 4 parts: physical warm-up (10 minutes), tennis warm-up (10 minutes), exercises (30-40 minutes depending on the level of the player) and for those who play in competition I do 10 minutes more where we play as a super tie-break (in 10 points) in order to implement what we have just worked in the exercises.
