Trusted teacher: Approach to Teaching – I favor a structured approach. I devise lesson plans in advance of every lesson, catering to the student's specific needs. – Academic lessons tend to be structured around specific sections of the syllabus, or particular topics that students require help with. – I employ a seminar-style format. I flesh out ideas with the aid of quotations, other audio-visual resources, and analytical commentary. I structure my lesson plans with a view to providing gaps, in which students are able to ask questions about the content. I am also happy for students to interrupt the flow of the lesson if a burning question arises. – I use Powerpoint to provide students with a variety of resources and visual stimuli. Lesson Structure – Academic lessons tend to be 45 minutes to an hour in length, but I can adapt my teaching schedule to provide students with additional support if needed. – Typically violin lessons range in length from 30 minutes to an hour, but I am flexible: I am more than happy to devise a lesson structure that caters to a student's requirements. Academic Credentials – I am a candidate for a Ph.D. in Music at the University of Cambridge. – I hold an MPhil in Music from the University of Cambridge, where I specialized in Historical Musicology and Musical Aesthetics. – I have a first-class music degree (74.4%) from the University of Manchester, where I won three Hargreaves Prizes for Academic Achievement. – I have worked as an Assistant Music Teacher, which involved teaching Music A-Level students. Professional Credentials – I have worked as a private violin teacher for 7 years (since I was 17). I have taught a variety of students, from beginners starting their instrumental training to more advanced performers looking to improve their technical facility and performance skills. – I have an extensive portfolio of performing credits on documentary films. Recent highlights include the BAFTA-nominated score for the BBC docuseries on Ghislaine Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein 'House of Maxwell' (BBC2, 2022), and 'Sir Alex Ferguson: Never Give In' (Netflix) (Passion Pictures / Universal Pictures) (2021). – I have extensive experience as an orchestral musician and chamber music performer. I led the University of Cambridge Experimental Music Ensemble (CUEME) when I was studying for my master's degree at the University of Cambridge. I also led the University of Manchester Chamber Orchestra in the second year of my undergraduate degree at the University of Manchester and premiered a good deal of new music with The Eskandari String Quartet. – I have performed at the West Road Concert Hall (University of Cambridge), the Lee Tseng Hall (Wolfson College Cambridge), the Buxton International Festival, the Manchester International Festival, and Bridgewater Hall. – I achieved a distinction (92%) in my ATCL Diploma in violin performance, and a First (78%) in the final violin recital of my undergraduate degree. Expected Ability of Students – Academic level: Beginner through to GCSE, A-Level, and Undergraduate Music and History of Philosophy

Trusted teacher: THE REAL ACTOR IS THE ONE WHO DOESN'T ACT!: My process as an Acting Coach-Drama Coach, I named it "ORGANIC ACTING", and it is based on "The Method" (also known as "The Method Americano"), in which I was trained and with whom I have been working for more than 20 years of my life as an Actress, Director and Trainer of new talents. I baptized my Course or Teaching System with the name "ORGANIC ACTING", to encompass what this acting current means to me, which in one sentence we can summarize as "The Truth on Stage", whose root comes from the great legacy of the Maestro Constantine Stanislavski, and which has then been developed and modernized by other great Masters of acting, over the years, such as: Lee Strasberg (one of the most prominent, thanks to his work at the famous Actors' Studio) , Stella Adler, Elia Kazan, Stanford Meisner, Uta Hagen, among many others. My training, above all, included specialization in the processes developed by Strasberg and Adler. For some time now, I have also been giving my classes online and in a totally personalized way, and it has turned out to be a great experience, since it has become a much more intimate training process, despite the distance, which is essential the first time. stage called: "the actor's work in himself", and for the following: the "actor's work in his scene" and in the creation of characters. We will work on a process of acting awareness, with learning the main tools you need for an organic acting performance, impregnated with stage truth. My work system is done online (anywhere in the world) and face-to-face (only in Madrid), each class is as if it were an intense acting coaching session. Organic Acting allows you to live the scene, the character, get into the situation, feel and live the emotions of the character and get excited! Always aware, of course, that everything you feel and bring to reality comes from a fiction, which is something that is not happening to you, but is happening to the character, and this allows you to live it one hundred percent. Each acting exercise that you are going to do in this course is designed so that you learn how to create a great truth on stage, so that you discover how to use your own resources and so that you achieve acting awareness. Each of these exercises have objectives to meet, and each objective is what will give you organic mastery, so that you can develop acting work based on organicity. AS A TEACHER: In Madrid, I have also dedicated myself to providing acting coaching for Actors and Actresses in their scenes for films and series such as "Serve and Protect", "Mothers", "Deudas", "Hit", "Disappeared", "Caronte ", among other. AS AN ACTING COACH: Currently, I am still dedicating myself to the education and training of actors and actresses who want to learn, experience and live Organic Acting, both in person and online.

Lina
I have been taking vocal lessons with Lina for some time now, and I can definitely say she is a very professional and cultured teacher. I mostly appreciate her keen observation, which helps her make her classes tailored to your goals and needs. Lina is the type of teacher who inspires and empowers you to take control of your own learning journey, as she says, 'to become a teacher of your own.' Joyful and enthusiastic, with a very warm presence, she makes you walk out of her lesson equipped with clear goals, positive energy, and determination.

Tuition in Violin/Viola Performance, Musicianship, Music Theory, and Music History (Barnsbury)
Daniel
My first lesson with Daniel was just what I wanted and more. Daniel made me feel very comfortable and let me play some music I had been working on. Then Daniel looked at all aspects of my playing in a thorough manner and signposted plans for future lessons. I was really wanting my technique to be reviewed thoroughly and Daniel did exactly this, in a very supportive and encouraging manner. It was incredible to hear the change to my playing Daniel helped me make within the hour. Looking forward to the next lesson! Many thanks!

Josiane
Josiane is a very friendly and professional French teacher, who has a number of practice tools and ideas. For example, we practiced from grammar to pronounciation, as well as dictation and conversation. We had very interactive and interesting lessons. She is very patient and also flexible, so I could focus on topics which I need more practice.
