I will then give you very specific training, personalized and adapted to your body and your goals. You will have daily monitoring from me and we will adapt the program weekly according to your progress. This continuous monitoring, in parallel with my daily comments and advice, will allow you to maximize your potential. I will also support you on your nutritional plan with very simple and easy to apply bases. I will offer you a nutritional service in order to have a diet adapted to the sports training offered and thus optimize your results. We can do a short video session at the start of each week to explain the new program to you, all the exercises you will have to do and take stock of your progress. 2- it will also be daily monitoring, we will do two video sessions/week (40 minutes each). We will do the exercises together during the session and then I will give you the program that you will continue to do alone for the rest of the week 3- At the end of your sports assessment, I will offer you a program in line with your objectives. We will do the exercises together during the classes and we will adapt them according to your progress during each of our next sessions. As training alone is not enough to achieve the objectives, in all formulas I will offer you a nutritious program to follow which will evolve throughout and which will be based on your sports results and your objectives. You will be guided through improvisation which will allow you to explore your own toolkit of movement and what dance means to you. The aim of this class is to find pleasure in movement and to let go of the fear of dancing in a particular way. These classes are open to all who are seeking to rediscover their dancing self! I am starting to teach formally, but my passion for yoga has been with me for many years, and I have been fortunate to share my teaching with friends, family and in groups. Starting my teaching practice, I am very grateful to be able to share these moments and learn with each new student! My classes and teachings cover Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin yoga - I like to incorporate a little something for everyone. Each style brings its own special touch, but for me the main thing is to create a space where you can move, breathe and just be. With me, yoga will be more than physical postures; we will also delve into meditation, breathing and mindfulness. No need for perfect postures or Instagram-worthy flexibility here, or being the yoga studio stereotype. It is important to me that the courses will reflect you, embracing your unique background, your needs and aspirations. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or a total beginner, you are welcomed with open arms, and I will make sure to create an experience tailored to where you are coming from. Violin lessons, Music theory, Musical language for any age or level! (Groningen)

Anna is the best! I was afraid of the lessons at the beginning but she is super cool and knows how to teach. I have learned a lot. Violin is a really complicated instrument but she is always looking for different ways to teach with many exercises and the most important part she is really patient. I have had a really good experience learning violin with her.

Took my first class with Aubrey tonight and she was so amazing. Broke all the moves down in a way I could understand. She was very encouraging and would demo the moves and choreo, as many times as I needed. She's incredibly patient. It was a well thought out choreo for my level. I had a ton of fun and can't wait to continue classes with her!!
