I specialise in teaching: - Guitar, ukulele & double bass skills for singers & songwriters - Singing skills for guitarists, bassists, pianists and other instrumentalists - Singing & vocal coaching (absolute beginner to advanced) - Guitar & ukulele tuition (absolute beginner to advanced) - Double bass tuition (absolute beginner to intermediate, French bow & jazz pizzicato technique) - Music theory, songwriting, lyric writing, composition & creativity (absolute beginner to advanced jazz theory) - Home recording & music production - Lyric writing and pronunciation in English (for non native speakers) I teach all contemporary genres, and many of my students are singer-songwriters who play guitar, ukulele or bass while singing. I am a friendly and patient teacher, and love teaching beginners as well as advanced students. I tailor my lessons to your own goals, skill level and interests, and prefer to teach a combination of your own favourite songs plus song suggestions from me that I think will help you improve certain areas. I love teaching songwriting, and enjoy when students bring their own songs to work on in lessons. If you have never written your own song but secretly dream of trying I am the teacher for you :-) I find it easiest to teach in English, but can also communicate in German (A2) and Czech (A1).

Singing & Recording Lessons with a Professional Singer. (Brussels)

I have wanted singing lessons for some time; I had them briefly in my youth and I sing and play guitar for a hobby. Juliett showed me some good tips already in the first lesson and left me some good warming up techniques that I shall practice every day before a our next lesson. Juliett is very friendly and before I knew it she had me singing high notes I did not know I was capable of reaching. The lesson was fun, I enjoyed every second and I’m looking forward to the next. She clearly has a beautiful voice herself and knows the correct techniques using classical methods to get the most out of a voice. We looked at what I wanted to sing, not what she wanted me to sing. Learning should be fun and I’m confident my singing voice will get better over time with these techniques that are used by professional singers worldwide. 100% this is a five star review; I would give a thousand stars, but the limit is five.
