I will ensure that throughout the whole course of tutoring, the lessons will be systematic and efficient, where you feel like you are getting your moneys worth. I will also ensure that the lessons are interesting and fun, rather than mundane and confusing. As someone who is constantly working on improving other languages, I know the struggle of finding a teacher that will actually tackle the areas of language. As someone who is working on secondary languages, I know what the mind of a language learner actually is as I have also learned languages at various points of my lifetime. Although, Russian is my mother-tongue, I have encountered with my many people who wanted to learn Russian and hence I recognise where the difficulties are when learning the language. Wow! I have to say I never had a language teacher like this! We spent the first meeting assessing the language level, and I don't mean A2 or B1, he evaluated my capabilities individually. In the evening he sent me countless multimedia sources that I could use to train all facets of the language at my level. He is very invested and expects the same from you, if you want a relaxed language class once a week that keeps you in your comfort zone and at the same level he is not for you. I decided to follow along and do as much as I could. Doing two classes a week I learned more Spanish than I would have ever thought to be possible!!! Furthermore, he takes care of your cultural education, a few weeks in the language journey we had a class at his house where he cooked an amazing dinner and we talked until late in the night. I recommend this amazing teacher 12/10!

Daria is - besides being a great person - an extremely capable teacher who adapts herself to the capabilities of her students. I've been learning Russian from her now for a few months already and I have nothing but compliments for our classes. The content of the lessons is adapted to what is most important to me and she has an exceptional knowledge of fun facts/history about Russia and the language which continue to make it interesting and engaging. I would advise her to everyone who wants to learn Russian, be it from English or Dutch! :-)
