I have created choreographies and taught them for over 10 future brides and husbands these past two years. As a professional dancer, educator, researcher, and performance maker I am creative, dynamic, aware, and versatile. I will teach you the basics of several dance style and together we will co-create your perfect wedding dance according to your preferences (music, dance style, length,...) I have 12 years of experience as a dance teacher, teaching children from age 3 upwards as well as adults! I am also experienced in teaching inclusive classes for wheelchair users and those with physical disabilities. The main styles I teach are ballet, contemporary, street dance, and dance fitness. I always like to approach the codes of different dance disciplines, based on structures that work on the physical, rhythmic, and creative aspects. There is an idea that Tango is difficult to learn, and of course if we approach it with that label, it will be that way. Starting from the main concept of tango, WALKING, something that we all do most of the time, dancing tTANGO is within everyone's reach.🤗 Another very important point is the way to assimilate and understand it 😉😅 ❤️‍🔥What will the classes be like, you ask? I'll tell you a little bit, we are going to develop the structure in the work of weight changes, the step, projection of the walk, the pivot, understanding the kinesphere individually and as a couple translated into the hug, the turns and the spiral torso to understand the momentum in various exercises, the eights so famous in tango, the basic step and universal exit, walks with the concept of lanes and much more from various sequences that familiarize you with the technical needs to be able to perform the steps without leaving aside the dynamics, pulse, accent and compas of the tango. Everything will be raised in the background in a more organic way. It's not just about learning individual steps, and then...what do we do 🧐? It is not the form that should take the leading role, but the way in which you express that form. We will also let your creative and playful side be part of the process, through a tool that I consider very valuable, which is improvisation 👌 since it allows you to find your own style and recognize your strengths and weaknesses to continue growing in your passion for dance. With all these tools, entering the world of more complex sequences and why not, creating your own, will be one more step and not an impossible challenge to achieve.🤩 Don't forget that the steps that are known today and a large part of the sequences emerged from a restless and creative mind, which explored synonymous with IMPROVISE❗️ Let's go through the process together and hold each other in a hug.

In my class we will start from where you are, whether it is your first class or you have been training for years, I am here to help you feel your best. PILATES - whether you are a beginner or have been in the Pilates game for awhile--I'm here to help. I like to give a 30-45min class that combines classic moves with a contemporary twist to give a full body workout. If you are a dancer I also offer a dance themed class which helps sarget specific muscles that dancers benefit from.

Italo, a dancer trained at the Conservátorio Cearense de Dança in Brazil, currently a dancer with the National Theatre in Belgrade in Serbia, has had a career of great effort and dedication alongside great professionals both during his period of studies in Brazil and in Italy, in which he has already received medals and trophies for prizes such as best dancer and scholarships!

Ciar is a recent graduate of Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance; a versatile queer dance artist freelancing in London with a background in Hip-Hop, Circus Arts, Classical Ballet and Contemporary dance. I hope to offer everyone an exciting and enjoyable time whilst pushing thier physical capabilities. Dance should be fun! My class explores a choreographic style of contemporary dance with clear influences from Cunningham technique and my recent expirience working with Jason Mabana. The work will challenge your coordination, rhythm, attention to detail and demostrate a contemporary application of classical teachnical forms, but all through explorative and original material. The class is structured like any other technical class, each exercise desinged to methodicaly warm up and work the body, building on the previous exercises, before culminating in a longer choreography where we can pull everything together and just have a boogie. I can tailor the work to each student however I would reccomend having some technical expirience, classical or contemporary.

In these sessions you'll crawl, stretch, and flow through playful, strength-building movements inspired by nature’s creatures, blending flexibility, balance, and power. With a mix of crawling, lunging, and twisting, you’ll boost mobility and strength while having fun.

After training in Ballet & Contemporary at Rambert School, I danced professionally for over a decade with companies such as Richard Alston Dance Company, National Dance Company Wales and Michael Clark Company. I can teach and coach on a range of contemporary dance styles, choreography and performance and audition skills. We will improve strength & flexibility, improve coordination and develop technique. I primarily danced with Cunningham technique but have good experience of other techniques such as Graham, release and Gaga. As a qualified physiotherapist, I can also teach about the anatomy of a dancer and how to look after the body and overcome injury. I look forward to supporting younger students to enjoy dance whilst also developing their technique, musicality and dance proficiency.
