Cello is not just an orchestral or chamber music instrument! Learn modern styles and techniques of playing cello, whilst also building a strong traditional technique. This is a good class for students who already have some music training and wish to expand their knowledge into performative or production areas - such a using loopstation, sound design on the cello, finding your 'voice' as an artist. Or simply for those who wish to explore music outside of traditional genres - learn how cello is used in genres such as electronic music, pop music or rock!

Graduated in singing, pop singing and computer music at the IMEP (Royal Higher Institute of Music and Education), I teach beginners, amateurs, as well as children, especially in a non-profit organization in the Namur region. Firstly, it is essential to put the student at ease and to understand what their desires are in order to be able to help them to flourish musically as much as possible. Thanks to my various training courses, learning recording techniques is also possible. Likewise, having lived in Australia and Spain, I can offer accent-focused coaching in English and/or Spanish. I play drums in many different groups, bands, collectives, projects. I have been playing Drums for 13 years, beginning with Rock music and then moved to Jazz where I studied jazz drums at the Conservatory of music and ballet Ljubljana. I offer lesson of Jazz, Rock, Pop, Funk, Hip-Hop, Soul, RnB and similar styles of music, whatever you are interested in.I love working with everyone who is willing to improve or start learning about drums and music!

Garageband is a powerful Digital Audio Workstation that allows musicians and beginner producers to record a whole album if they wish. I'll teach you how to remake a song/piece of your choosing from the ground up. You'll use the inbuilt virtual instruments, your own voice, and your guitar/keyboard to rebuild your chosen track or give it your own unique stamp. Music production is a huge topic so I'll teach you the essential musical skills such as ear training, understanding rhythm and basic harmony. You'll learn basic recording skills using the iPad mic or an interface and we'll use virtual/real instruments to record the parts. You'll learn how to edit and I'll show you how to create an interesting song structure and how to layer multiple instruments so they don't clash! Finally, we'll look at mixing, effects, and EQ to give your track a professional polish!

We will tailor these sessions towards whatever areas of music production you desire. I can help up your skills in sound design, recording techniques, and composition. (I primarily use Ableton Live and Logic Pro) whether you need extra help for an exam, or need advice on that song you're writing, I can help. I look forward to hearing from you!
