Mathematics, physics and chemistry are subjects requiring rigor and concentration. It is sometimes difficult to follow in class, and these subjects sometimes attract too much interest from students. I offer to help you fill in the gaps, understand the material and prepare for your exams and tests, from primary level to university bachelor's degree. I approach the subject particularly under the method of work and the resolution of exercises. I help to adopt a logical and rigorous reasoning adapted to mathematics and physics. I can also make brief theoretical reminders in the form of cards if the student wishes. Sometimes these subjects seem boring, but it's not and when you understand how it works, and how our world is governed by math and physics, that's where the passion begins! I first identify which points are problematic in order to increase the efficiency of the courses. Then, depending on the student's requests and difficulties, I re-explain certain poorly understood theoretical concepts and solve exercises with him. For the theory, I make sure to explain the material as I would have liked to have been explained to me during my studies and I review the points of the course from new angles in order to facilitate understanding. For the exercises, I first let the student suggest his method of solving because each problem can be approached in several ways and it is much more productive to start from the student's ideas. I favor understanding by heart because I consider that memorization is only rarely necessary in math and science. Once the material is perfectly assimilated, we retain it much longer than if we study it without understanding it. My engineering studies allowed me to better link the abstract concepts of mathematics and science to concrete problems. If the student needs it, I can therefore easily give many visual and intuitive examples in order to speed up understanding.
