I am a cello teacher, musical awakening and music theory. My classes are for people of all ages. From toddlers to adults. I graduated with two bachelor's degrees from the Real Conservatorio de Música de Madrid and the Koninklijke Conservatorium Brussels. I graduated from the Master's degree at the Koninklijke Conservatorium Brussels with Olsi Leka, principal cellist of the Belgian National Orchestra. This class is aimed for children between the ages of 8-13 who would like to begin developing their vocal technique and find their own unique voice early whilst working in a group scenario. My Group Singing workshop is a mixture of improvisation and technique. Add to that the fun singing with other like-children and you’re looking at a contender for the highlight of your week! This class is designed to build confidence and promote individual personal and social development and is taught in a fun yet disciplined way. With a minimum of 4 students and a maximum of 6 students per class each student will have the opportunity to perform a solo song and also a group song each week with individual feed back and technique advice each week.

I suggest you improve your saxophone and music practice by focusing on learning melody by ear and developing improvisation. As for instrumental technique, I can teach you how to place your fingers properly to develop your virtuosity, to have a tonic air column and a good embouchure to develop your sound and to work on articulation to improve your phrasing. All this is acquired little by little by playing specific exercises and solos, pieces or saxophone studies. Through learning the instrument I also suggest you develop your musical qualities which are essential to progress and have fun playing. By learning and memorizing melodies or solos by ear, you develop your ear, your sense of rhythm and your memory. Free improvisation allows you to develop your inner singing and your musical personality. Finally, working with a metronome or directly on recordings will help you improve your rhythmic ear. All this is aimed at allowing the greatest possible freedom with one's instrument as well as the development of a personal aesthetic. I started learning the saxophone at the conservatory 7 years ago. I started with jazz then curiosity pushed me to study classical saxophone for 3 years before specializing in tenor and jazz. I had many saxophone teachers (Eric Barret, Pascal Gaubert, Sylvain Rifflet, Sylvain Cathala...) and today I have a bachelor's degree at the Royal Conservatory with Fabrice Alleman and Manu Hermia. I have played the saxophone in many different contexts, often in jazz in small groups or in a Big Band, in classical solo or in a quartet and also with pop groups on stage or in the studio. I have always loved passing on what I have learned, so I have been teaching beginners/amateurs for 4 years, always with the aim of developing the pleasure of playing and regularity of practice.

Hello everyone I'm Giorgos and i teach theorbo and classical guitar! The theorbo is a historical instrument born in the late 16th century, with a (potentially very) long neck and 14 strings. It's main purpose is to accompany one's self while singing, or other instruments or groups by playing mainly a low (bass) part which we fill with other notes that are indicated to us based on what the other instruments are doing, called a basso continuo part. One of the reasons I started playinf for the pure joy of being able to accompany and play with people, and if you share this idea you're more than welcome to join me and explore it. There's beautiful solo music to explore although it's nowhere nearly as much as our accompanying pieces are! The repertoire and possibilities of the guitar are huge, and i like to structure my lessons based on what you like to listen to and to play, while maintaining a certain path on the classical technique. I've been teaching for a long time and i'm very comfortable with it, and i enjoy seeing people get passionate about the instrument. It's a great hobby and a great calling to follow! I'll be happy to work together.

I propose violin lessons for all the ages and levels. I love music and violin in particular and what I hope is to transmit my passion to other people. What I would like is to make people learn through enthusiasm and positivity, with the belief that it is always the right time to learn something new. I am Henry, concert pianist, currently a student at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels. During my tenure I have participated in many competitions, such as The Wiener Klassik International Competition in Vienna, Sergei Prokofiev's International Piano Competition in Prague, International Piano Competition in Cøpenhagen, Györ and many more. Also, I am active as a concertmaster. Some of the highlights are, concerts in Belgium(Brussels, Namur), Prague, Cøpenhagen, Vienna, Györ, Barcelona, Badalona and Nürnberg. In my opinion, the student is the main actor in his learning, and the teacher should be his caring guide. In my opinion, his role is to provide him with appropriate help and support, and not to impose pre-established rules that do not take into account his unique needs. The image of the harsh and cold teacher should therefore be forgotten with me. My philosophy is always to encourage without imposing. The student will also have the opportunity to have access to a much broader repertoire than that imposed in classical education. Thus, he will be able to play his favorite music from all walks of life, whether it be themes from songs, plays, films, series or even video games. Of course, I also encourage classical music, as long as the student finds pleasure in it, which remains and will remain the most important for me. After all, what is music if not the purest and universal essence of our humanity, which brings together and unites our hearts and minds?
