Hey there! Are you looking for someone to learn to play the violin with? I offer dynamic and fun lessons and believe that music-making is better done together, with duets and the like. On top of technique, posture, and intonation, I also like to work on musicality and expressivity. Ultimately, I believe music-making should be fun, and I hope to bestow that joy upon all my students!

I give violin lessons from any level and age (3 or more years old), in a pleasant, productive, and interesting way. I am very familiar with the Suzuki teaching method. If you are not familiar with it, I recommend you to have a quick look at it on the internet, or any other source of information. I can also offer classes in music theory (tonalities, harmony, scales, intervals...etc) and musical language (rhythm, intonation). I'm a professional violinist.

I specialize in making Violin playing at the highest levels. Special focus includes how to play the violin with ease, without any discomfort over a lifetime. I play Baroque violin, use historically-informed approach to Early music, and all periods of music history, including contemporary practices.

I received my Bachelors Degree in Viola Performance at The Juilliard School in 2019, and have since taught music lessons online and in-person since 2013. I have experience teaching students of all ages, from 3-80. I teach classical music, improvisation, even electronics, if that is of interest. I have studied Alexander Technique, and always emphasize the importance of physical health and comfort in my instrumental teaching. Hello! I am offering lessons in classical viola and violin from beginners to more advanced students, also occasional lessons possible, perfect for for example competition or concert preparation. For beginners, we can focus on ergonomical instrument hold, basics of sheet music reading and short, easy pieces. My goal is to make playing exciting and help you find the joy as a beginner. For more advanced students we can focus on technical issues, musicality and interpretation. I have a broad experience as a concert violist, and I have taught beginners for private lessons, and given multiple masterclasses for more advanced students.

In my lessons I help the students to find a good contact with the instrument and cultivate a positive relationship with music by integrating the development of aural skills, sense of rhythm and an optimal body use, enabling them to connect with their musical imagination.
