    This program is project oriented and lasts six weeks, giving the student a thorough set of skills and methods to overcome stage fright and move into stage play. This is the method I use to prepare high stakes performances, and uses a combination of mental and physical exercises to set an objective and realize it on stage. My dual career and training as a musician and conference interpreter have allowed to gather and refine these tools to know share with you. The course is open to professionals of any field looking to improve their performance in high stakes situations such as presentations, interviews, lectures etc.


    This program is geared around a particular student project and lasts six weeks, providing the student with a range of skills and methods to overcome stage fright and thrive on stage. It's my preferred method of preparing for a performance, using a mix of mental and physical exercises to achieve its purpose on stage. My dual career and my formal training as a high-level musician and interpreter linguist led me to store and develop these tools to then share them with you. The course is open to all professionals seeking to improve their performance with high stakes such as presentations, interviews etc.
