Hello! I am a professional violinist and have a passion for music, especially classical though I also love jazz and other styles. I teach people of every age and experience and from absolute beginner to conservatoire level and beyond. I love working with children and for the past three and a half years I was working full time in Glasgow city primary and secondary schools, teaching individually, in groups, coaching chamber music ensembles and conducting the council orchestras (winning 1st prize, School Orchestra Category, Glasgow Music Festival 2018). My students so far have achieved 100% pass rate in state SQA exams in Scotland and in all ABRSM exams). Lessons are tailored to the individual needs of the students, and I believe that we learn most effectively when we are having fun! VOCAL lessons are divided into 2 parts - 1) Warmup Exercise and 2) Singing Exercise. We do both parts in every lessons. Ideally we spend every 2-3 sessions for each song. For kids, a 30-min online lesson / 45-min face-to-face lesson would be long enough for their attention. For adults, it's good to start with a 50-min online lesson! Also, we do music appreciation occasionally during the session. Some other learning materials like music videos are applied based on song choices.

Your goals will influence the methodology, the organization of your studies, the repertoire, and so on. I am a professional violinist. I graduated with distinction at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels (Master) and hold a Bachelor Diploma from Codarts (Rotterdam). I also pursued a masters degree in Music Education at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels. I teach students of all ages and levels. I have thirteen years of teaching experience in the Netherlands and in Belgium ( privately and at music schools/muziekacademies).
