I am a Spanish pianist and composer (MMus graduate from Codarts Rotterdam in both directions) with many years of teaching experience, and also very active in performing in various contexts. I give private piano lessons for all levels and styles (classical, jazz, Latin, new age, pop...), as well as music theory, composition and improvisation lessons. My lessons are distinguished by their dynamics, practical approach and adaptation to the needs and interests of the student. The lessons (live or online) take place in my studio next to the Maastunnel, where I have a premium stage piano and a top-quality webcam setup. I speak Dutch at an intermediate level, which is improving every day.

As a percussion and drum tutor, I offer personalised lessons designed to help students of all skill levels develop their rhythmic abilities. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced player, I tailor my teaching style to meet your needs, focusing on both technique and musicality. I teach a range of percussion instruments, including drum kit, snare, latin percussion, tuned and more, while emphasising solid foundational skills, improving timing, and enhancing coordination. I also specialise in tuned percussion, such as xylophone and vibraphone, helping students develop pitch recognition and melodic playing. In addition, I incorporate Latin percussion, teaching instruments like congas and pandeiro, to explore rhythm and groove in diverse musical styles. With a passion for music and an approach that prioritises fun, my lessons aim to motivate you to progress, build confidence, and truly enjoy the art of drumming.

This class fits students of different age groups and playing levels. From absolute beginners about to make their first (musical) steps to more advanced players with more precise goals. The approach is individual and we will discuss the desired goals in advance and build the learning process around those. Some topics that are usually covered are - rhythm guitar, being able to accompany yourself while singing (in different styles and techniques), lead guitar, improvisation (from basics to advanced), general knowledge of the fretboard and technique.

Hello! My name is Leo and I am a professional musician based up in Glasgow. I have played music all my life hailing from a Jazz family upbringing, and now I am at the stage where I get to play amazing shows and enjoy all the beautiful parts of music. This has inspired me to become a teacher, which I started over a year ago now. I want to share the amazing parts of music with as many people as possible and I find teaching is a great way to do this. Everyone learns in a different ways, so I strive to personalise lessons to your specific needs and goals. I remember myself going through all the lessons and private tutors and sometimes finding it almost making things harder or putting me off, but I keep an open mind and relate to the reality and the core purpose of music, which is to connect with people and the world and allow yourself to be you.

Hello and welcome to my music studio! It is absolutely fabulous that you are interested in music, and I hope you have lots and lots of fun with it! However, diving into the wonders of the piano/keyboard can be a bit overwhelming... and that is where I come in! This course is for anyone from complete beginners to advanced students, from lessons that focus completely on classical music to lessons that include or focus on the basics of jazz/pop. If you like to sing, we can also work on the basics of jazz/pop vocal, so you can learn to accompany yourself at the piano. In our lessons, technique will be an inherent part of the training, as well as analysis, basic music theory, and efficient ways of practicing music. In a nutshell, I am a professional pianist, vocalist, lyricist and blogger. Since 2014, I have taught in various music schools, teaching piano, ensemble, jazz vocal, and solfege. On a more elaborate note, I obtained my Master of Arts in classical piano, summa cum laude, at the Royal Conservatory of Ghent (KASK) in 2017, and studied as a Fulbrighter at Indiana University Jacobs School of Music in Bloomington USA during the 2019-2020 academic year. Every day, I strive to become a better musician and person, and I aim to transfer that passion to my students.

I am trained in both classical and jazz technique and theory and hold a Bachelor in Jazz performance. I spent a large part of my singing career singing pop, RnB, folk and contemporary styles. I love to help people find their voice and can assist with songwriting techniques, arrangement, composition, music theory or music production. I studied at Berklee College of Music and taught song production and vocal styles at BIMM Berlin. I have a very colourful background as a professional singer and can help with auditions, exams, build up to a performance and much more.
