I use digital whiteboards such as Microsoft whiteboard; I also use web conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Google meet, and Skype. I use content-creation tools such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint. Lastly, I use Canva for creating all types of graphics, including infographics.
