A-Level Psychology, Sociology and English Language along with GCSE essay subjects can be very daunting at first, however, with my structures and tailored lessons in light of the elements and topics you are experiencing difficulty with, I am confident that I will be able to support you in achieving the top grade band (A*-B). Whether it is memorisation of content at A-Level, exam technique or application, as an individual who achieved A*'s and A's throughout GCSE and A Level, I know exactly what it feels like to have to memorise and give an exam for a difficult subject and can thus work closely with you to support, aid and direct you to unlocking your full potential.

The onset of globalisation has made English the main spoken language for communication. Speaking fluent English is an imperative skill required to make socio-economic progress. I am currently a masters student at LSE, who was raised speaking the language. In addition to my fluency in English, I also can teach social sciences, as it is my field of expertise.

Psychology has become a sought-after course in recent years, with more and more children enrolling in it either in school or when they go to university. However, a lot of educational institutions focus solely on the theoretical perspective of psychology and techniques associated with therapy, with little to no impact on the real world being assessed. As a practitioner and student in the field, I like to combine theory and practicality when I teach. This helps the child learn the concept better with an actual experience. I feel that experience-based learning makes concept learning and understanding more effective. I will also help in framing answers for the exam-based questions and will also look into taking practice papers for the same. When it comes to languages, both English and Hindi have been a pivotal part of my schooling, and Hindi is spoken at home to this day. I believe that grammar and spoken English are at the top of the pedestal, and it is with confidence building that we can work on understanding English as a language. Hindi too as a language will require greater grammatical understanding so as to make the writing part of it more effective. As your tutor, I will tap onto all aspects, writing, speaking, and grammar, so that we leave no stone unturned and help you progress in this avenue better.

Psychology is a discipline that combines , human behaviour and their mental state. Integrating psychology and science will enable the student to create a solid foundation before the move forward with their higher studies . I shall be teaching the basics of psychology as well as a specific topic(s) the student wants to focus on . Such as the history of psych , the different systems and schools present , foundation al principles and theories of psychology . Helping you with the AQA content for the A Level psychology course. I completed this course and received an A* and have gone on to do an MSci Applied Clinical Psychology course where I am on track to receive a high 2:1/1st class degree. Lessons will last 1 hour and will be tailored to the student's specific learning needs, for example audio, visual, etc. Before taking on a student I like to know what grade they are currently working at, and what grade they hope to achieve, how they feel they best learn, the areas their strengths lie in, and the areas that they seek help in.

Then, we start the questions and answers to ensure the students understand what was said. Then, we summarize, and that ends the session. NB: There will also be a distribution of references for further reading on the subject. Overall, the course provides a theoretical foundation for understanding key sociological concepts and their application to analyze and resolve societal complexities. It will be supplemented by practical exercises in content analysis, text intelligence, etc.

This class deals with the Rise and Fall of the Roman Empire from 753BC until 476AD. it is divided into two main into two main blocks these being: - 1. The pre-imperial era from the Early Monarchy until the collapse of The Roman Republic (753BC-31BC) 2. The imperial era from the Augustan settlement until the end of the Western Empire (30BC until 476AD) Each block will attempt to relate the past to the prsent by showing how many of the challenges facing The Ancient Romans are still being faced today. Attendees will also be taught practical skills such us how to critically evaluate Ancient sources. There will be a mixture of formal teaching , interactive discussion and role play. This class is a 'must' for those wishing to better understand Ancient History. They can expect to meet some larger than life characters.
