Having achieved an A* in A-level Psychology in 2023 I am here to provide students the tips and tricks to achieve top marks in essays, how to successfully answer research methods questions, and any other exam help they may need. My online sessions will provide students a space outside of class time to receive guidance and revision tips whilst keeping a relaxed vibe, I know how stressful exam prep can be! AQA exam board only.

I offer classes on History, Geography, and Political Science, with over 11 years' of experience in these subjects, both professionally and academically. I hold Bachelor's Degrees in both History and Political Science (from the University of Florida), as well as a Master's in Political Science, specifically European Politics (from KU Leuven). I have extensive experience in a wide range of historical and political subjects and have always had a keen interest in history and the social sciences. Additionally, previously I have been a journalist (dealing with Competition Law) and currently am an editor working on a wide variety of subjects for organizations such as the UNHCR and Goethe Institut, among others. I am capable of teaching and lecturing on numerous historical and political events and periods in history, with myself having specialized in European history, American history, African history, as well as the Medieval period and Antiquity.

History and Political Science are intertwined subjects with multidisciplinary approaches. To study one of these, one must understand the other. I offer classes that teach either of the two subjects, as well as both (if required) with aspect to the other. How often have we wondered about historical events with respect to Politics? Do we know that the Romanovs were related to the British Royal Family and how their brutal killings was shaped by geopolitics of the era, or how Hitler's death was a highly controversial political debate? You see how history and politics cannot be separated. It is also undeniable that having knowledge of the two subjects can help you achieve higher marks and credits, as well as a deeper understanding and passion for the subjects.

I am a Doctor of Psychology and researcher. Since October 2016 I have been successfully tutoring many B.A. and M.A. and Ph.D. level students and professionals who required help with Psychology (AS, A-level, and Degree level), Data analysis, SPSS, jamovi, JASP, R, Statistics, Research Methods, or were looking for assistance with their research projects/ theses/ dissertations. I am specialised in Clinical Psychology (reading disability/ dyslexia), although I have good knowledge in other fields of psychology, as well as research methodology and data analysis (expert in SPSS). I would love to help students with the knowledge I have in individual live one-to-one sessions online via Skype/Zoom. I can also recommend literature on a particular subject and send something I already have in my database.

I have other areas of knowledge, such as Mathematics and Physics, so just ask and I may be able to tutor you in those areas too. This is only for students at A-level or below. Furthermore, this is not a counselling service, I can teach you about Psychology, but I am not qualified to assist with any psychological issues that you may have.

Favoring efficiency, I restructure and correct your texts (or your courses) to make your subjects as alive as possible. All seriously, but always in a good mood. I commit myself to correct you and to send the tests regularly after having fixed a schedule of work. But you remain responsible and master of your TFE / memory. I mainly teach math lessons from middle school to high school. Before starting the lessons, I need to get in touch with the student to know their level, the areas where they want to improve and their objectives. Depending on the level, I adapt the work seen in class to the different points of improvement and suggest exercises consistent with what the student is stuck on. At the same time, I go over point by point the elements that were not for the student (in the Ds and the questions) I rework the exercises seen in class. Finally, and this is the most important, I advise the student on his working methods, with what state of mind to approach the exercises. I can also provide homework help in subjects other than mathematics: I got 17 in the HEC philosophy exams and I didn't get below 18 in subjects such as SES, Philosophy and history in the BAC. I recommend at least one math lesson per week in order to take stock of the week; it is regularity that allows progress. As a Tutor at EDHEC I already have experience of courses with high schools. I am a calm, composed and educational person. In terms of math, I got 18 in my math baccalaureate and then I went to a HEC preparatory class at Louis-Le-Grand in advanced math where I had more than 12 hours of math per week.

Navigating A levels can be a tricky time. I aim to offer support that's tailored to each student and their needs/preferences, hoping to create a fun and engaging study session! This is specifically for A level Psychology, but may include slightly lower/higher levels too. Availability can be discussed, as I'm fairly flexible during the week and weekends.

With this tutoring class, my aim is to help the student to reach a level of understand of historical event with a methodology that is appropriate for the student and helps him/her. It can be a revision of basic notions seen in school or it can be the preparation of an exam .

Recent graduate of Oxford University, theology and religion. A*s in A levels and 9s at gcses. Will provide high level tutoring in any subject (ks2-4, gcse, a level etc) related to my degree subject. These include Religious studies, ethics, philosophy, politics, english (literature at a-level, lit and lang gcse). Can offer subject specific teaching, but also more generally essay writing practice, as well as oxbridge interview, personal statement, and entrance exam help, particularly for students in the state sector. While I cannot guarantee success, I will do my best to relay my experiences and hopefully provide students with helpful guidance. Classes will be catered specifically according to each student, however I will often ask for them to come along with recent examples of written work, or practice papers/questions.
