A-Level OCR Physical Education Revision/Additional Help

In this class (happy to do 1-1 tutoring) I will be focusing on all aspects of the course.
I have both Year 1 and Year 2 textbooks (blue with the shoe on the front cover) and will make my way through the course.
If anyone has a specific area they are struggling with, let me know and I will place a focus on it and can also do some 1-1 sessions.

Extra information

Textbooks will be useful however if not, have some paper/notepad and pen ready as well as a couple of extra colours and highlighters as well as a pencil in order to make your notes detailed and clear

About Me

I am very easy going and will have a chilled approach to teaching.

I am placing a focus on Physical Education A-Level OCR however I have also studied the following:
- A-level AQA Psychology
- A-level AQA Business
- A-level AQA French
- A-level OCR Physical Education
- A-level AQA Fine Art

If you would like any help with revision and going over tricky content in any of these, contact me and I am happy to organise a session to go over this.

I will base my sessions on what students feel they need to go over so very flexible on what content to cover. (Msg me with any questions)

Education

I have completed my A-Levels so this knowledge is very fresh in my mind. I am still awaiting results however all predicted grades in my 5 A-levels were A-A* therefore I have a good knowledge of the course.

I've been teaching maths and physics for nearly 15 years, from secondary school through to high school. The most important thing for me is to (re)instill confidence in students, and provide them with a working method adapted to their personality. The lessons can consist of several things: - homework help (homework, practice, etc.) - helping the student to understand a lesson he or she has difficulty in understanding - preparing for tests and exams (bac, brevet, concours...) - help students improve their work methods and techniques, and consequently their grades. My philosophy is to make students want to learn a subject again, by working on self-confidence, concentration and practical, everyday applications. Lessons can be given remotely (videoconferencing avoids the need to travel) or face-to-face. Maths or Physics lessons can be given in English or French.

I study sports science and English as a teacher at the Humboldt University in Berlin and am currently writing my bachelor thesis. I offer English lessons, as well as sports theory or practice, from elementary school to high school. I give German lessons to primary school students or people who want to learn the language again. In all subjects, I would be very happy to offer my help with exam preparation or homework. In English I would like to work with my student on tasks that improve vocabulary and grammatical understanding. I would also show how important it is to be able to speak English today, but also to bring up the history of the English language and its worldwide distribution to today's world language. Furthermore, I find it important to read texts together, analyze them and discuss the given topics in English, provided that the level of the students is sufficient. I mainly teach German to primary school students. Similar to English, I would support my students with their homework, prepare exams, try to enrich the vocabulary or also an understanding of the grammar. I am available as a teacher for sports theory but also for sports practice. I am writing my bachelor thesis in sports science. This offer may be more attractive for the upper level and the preparation for the Abitur exam in sports as well as for students at a sports school.
