I am Mavi, a physics engineer working at an aerospace company. I have been teaching private lessons at the primary, secondary, high school, and university preparatory levels for 9 years. I teach mathematics, physics, chemistry, and science. I have a good command of the curricula of IB, IGCSE, American, Hong Kong, and international schools. Additionally, I hold the position of president at the Astronomy Society, where I foster my students' interest in astronomy and science beyond the lessons. I prepare the learning environment by incorporating experiments and exploration, moving away from rote education. I often bring experimental materials to class, aiming to make learning memorable through hands-on experiments. The General Educational Development (GED) is a series of four tests that certifies a student's academic knowledge is equivalent to a high school diploma in the United States. The GED is an alternative to a high school diploma. It's a good option for students who haven't completed their secondary-level studies but want to access a U.S. university. Work with me in your GED journey. I have over 6 years of teaching experience with international students from the United States of America I give home works and assignments on a regular basis. Psychology is a discipline that combines , human behaviour and their mental state. Integrating psychology and science will enable the student to create a solid foundation before the move forward with their higher studies . I shall be teaching the basics of psychology as well as a specific topic(s) the student wants to focus on . Such as the history of psych , the different systems and schools present , foundation al principles and theories of psychology . I have years of experience in teaching simple and complex material. The lessons run as follows. First of all, together we look for the student's biggest stumbling blocks. These can be related to the subject matter as well as to the study method. From there, I continue to work at the pace of the student and encourage them to ask as many questions as possible. I also give them tips and tricks, and improve their working methods where necessary. During the lesson I give many examples to make the subject matter more interesting and we solve exercises together. Once the student has mastered the exercises from the lesson, I give some more challenging exercises to also test on the deeper understanding of the subject matter. In this way I try to optimally prepare the student for his / her test or exam. However, learning should also be enjoyable. That is why I always strive for a good relationship with the student through a spontaneous and positive approach. I am also very patient.
