Private lessons for primary and secondary school students

I offer courses adapted to all levels, whether in college, high school or bachelor's degree. My classes include homework help, exam preparation and in-depth exercises. As a former student who asked a lot of questions himself, I encourage my students to ask as many questions as possible in order to dissipate all gray areas and leave no detail to chance, thus promoting exam success. . I firmly believe that academic success does not depend on an innate aptitude, but rather on the ability to identify weak points and work on them. As a teacher, I am attentive to these weak points by regularly asking the student questions about the meaning of the exercises and each step of the calculation. I also push my students to develop their intuition so that they can easily adapt to any problem on exam day.

I give lessons for secondary school students. I am currently at the University of Lausanne. I have been giving tutoring classes for 2 years, I have had students of various ages and levels. I offer private lessons in physics, mathematics and life sciences at high school level or before. As a private tutor, I adapt my method to the specific needs of each student in order to strengthen their understanding and mastery of the subject. My approach is based on a balance between theory and practice: I offer revisions of essential concepts but also applications of knowledge through progressive exercises that the student completes independently or with support. Each exercise is then corrected in detail, emphasizing the approach and possible errors, in order to allow the student to acquire effective reflexes and progress with confidence.

This course is intended for people who want tutoring or special help in order to prepare for the matriculation exams, or even those at university. I teach all school math subjects, as well as college-level analysis and algebra. If you need support in your lessons or your school exams I would be happy to prepare you and allow you to improve quickly. I can also allow you to get ahead of your program and learn mathematical concepts at university level (up to the second year of engineering school). My experience with university and college students allows me to easily adapt my pedagogy to all levels in order to get the best out of it. Classes take place mainly at my home or on the EPFL campus, I can also travel by public transport to your home.

Experienced repeater offers private tutoring in any branch of school but with a particularity for math and science courses in general (Chemistry, Biology and Physics). Currently in the last semester of a Master in Chemical Engineering at EPFL, I offer secondary school students in gymnasium as well as EPFL students, in-depth support courses in Maths, Chemistry, Physics or Biology. My goal is to help the student to progress in a pleasant way while catching up with his gaps.

I provide support at compulsory and post-compulsory school level (except German).
