In my third year of the history faculty at the Jean Moulin Lyon III University, I plan to enroll in a master's degree in medieval history. I want to write a research paper on the French and the Mongols in the 13th century. I would like to go on to write a thesis on the theme of Mongol incursions into Japan (1274 and 1281). The sessions will aim to deepen or discover concepts about a period. I am comfortable with the era: medieval (especially from the 12th-13th century), modern (it all depends on the region and the century) as well as prehistory. I am able to establish a progression curve, as well as adapt the lessons according to the need or simply in relation to the expectations of the student. If necessary, repetitions and accentuations on knowledge can take place. Since I am not yet at the apotheosis of my studies, I will only offer these services to beginners or students (up to high school or first year of history school at the "maximum"). I can also offer help for tests related to the history dissertation or text commentaries, very famous and predominant exercises in studies in the history faculty.

I have a First Class degree in Modern History from the University of St Andrews. I am beginning my postgraduate degree in History at the University of Edinburgh in September. I remember the struggles of learning analytical techniques and historiographical skills when I was 15-18 years old at school. Additionally, my memories of wiring my undergraduate essays are still fresh! In my classes I aim to foster the student's historical skills; looking at essay questions, dissecting them and planning them together, and attempting o write sections of it will aid you in being able to do this independently and in exams!

With this tutoring class, my aim is to help the student to reach a level of understand of historical event with a methodology that is appropriate for the student and helps him/her. It can be a revision of basic notions seen in school or it can be the preparation of an exam .

You will be taught by a world class teacher that has studied European history to a high level, gaining an A in the subject. The key aspects of the history of Germany will be broken down into manageable chunks for students to understand more easily. The classes are delivered through interactive learning consisting of kahoot quizes, powerpoint slides and asking questions to students. By making these classes fun and engaging, my aim is for students to always come away learning something they did not know before. All students of any age are welcome to join this class. My requirement for this class is for students to ask as many questions as possible because no question is a bad question, we are all here to learn!
