    About Me

    Suchitra is a certified Power yoga and Hatha yoga teacher. She has been a practitioner for nearly a decade and teaching for the last 3 years. She specialises in asanas, pranayama and mudras.

    Suchitra has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, an MBA in Marketing, and, an Environment Management certificate from Harvard University Extension School, Cambridge (MA, USA). She lives in Bengaluru with her family.
    This class incorporates yoga postures, gentle movement sequences, breath work, supported silent meditation, and guided relaxation to support increased awareness and mindfulness of the breath and body, and quieting of the nervous system. Yoga asanas, Pranayama and mudras
