    To train for an specific sport is to develop that sports singular demands and impacts, promoting improvement in performance and preventing common chronic injuries.

    In this class we will practice, through a mid-long term plan, developing the right conditions for you to perform better with logic and safety, science based.

    Another point is that these classes are designed to meet personal needs and are completely personalized. Assessments will be made routinely to understand and evaluate your progress.

    If you are a begginer in your sport or even if you have been practicing at high levels for a long time, you can benefit a lot from functional training.

    This program is for everyone, of all levels.

    I consider myself a world citizen. No boundaries, no limits!

    I am a physical educator experienced in health and sports performance, I work with a wide range of people who are all seeking different goals.

    I'm passionate about sports performance and health, I think that although they walk separately from each other, they can come together.
    When we talk about physical activity (movement) and health, everyone needs to reach some standard levels (mobility. strength. flexibility. conditioning, etc), that when combined with other positive habits, achieve good health and quality of life, it becomes quite easy. Living an active life, with no pain, being able to achieve what you want, physically and mentally, with vitality and good mood, that's the goal. Sometimes one may need some specific help and guidance, to enable them to reach these standard levels.
    Regarding exercise and sports performance, demands are different for everyone and for every kind of sport. Personal intrinsic demands, for instance, refer to the athlete's experience, physical capabilities and abilities, and also past and current injuries. External factors influencing training are sport-specific demands, challenges, goals, schedules, calendars, and more.

    The better you understand these differences, the "hows", "whys " and "whens", the better you will become and the nearer you get to your goals.

    That is what I'm here for! To teach, to learn, to guide, and share a way of life where we can optimize the use of our bodies to achieve greatness.
