Voice lessons for ages 13 and older. I teach private voice lessons for singers at all levels. I am a classically trained soprano and teach both classical voice as well as musical theatre repertoire. I am currently on the Voice Faculty of Westminster Choir College, SongFest (one of America's preeminent Art Song Festivals), and run my own course of study here in Salzburg that includes language study, private voice study with myself and soprano, Barbara Bonney, as well as various Master Classes with multiple singers. I will teach anyone in the world online or in person at my space in Salzburg, Austria.

I am an Italian soprano, graduated from the Dutch National Opera Academy. I work as a soloist as a freelance singer, and I teach singing to students of different levels and ages for many years. Dear students: My name is Denise and I'm a professional singer with a singing master's degree from Catalonia's Music College (ESMUC) specialized in Historical Singing, Musicology and Music Education. My experience runs mostly in early and classical music with an active performing life, nevertheless I also have the experience and knowledge of popular musical styles such as Latin-American folk, jazz and musicals. As a docent or vocal coach I've collaborate with different academic institutions and private artistic projects, focusing mostly on international students or social integration programs. I have years of experience teaching children, teenagers and adults in both Latin-America and Europe, therefore understanding different appreciation levels and needs. My recommendation for learning the Oud is to begin by studying musical notes and notation before delving into songs. While some students prefer to jump straight into playing songs, understanding the fundamentals of music notation accelerates progress in the long run. Dedication and hard work can yield significant progress within a year, enabling you to play simple tunes. However, if you lack a passion for music or the instrument itself, I advise against pursuing it. As a friendly and passionate teacher, I derive joy from witnessing my students' progress and enjoy playing duets with them. I am a vocalist and a music practitioner. I am a disciple of Vidushi Sanhita Nandi ji of the Kirana Gharana. I have completed my masters in Classical Music (Vocal) and aim to spread the knowledge gained by my Gurus among those who are sincere and/or passionate for learning Hindustani Classical Music and light music. The focus of my classes are aimed at the systematic development and aesthetic appeal of Ragas. For students willing to learn music seriously but with little exposure to learning, I begin with various vocal exercises for pitch accuracy and voice culture. Thereafter, I begin the work of Raga development and presentation. I also teach Bhajans for those who wish to learn 'Sugam Sangeet' (light music.)
