I’m a classically trained pianist with a Bachelor and Masters degree in Australia as well as currently doing my another masters in the Leipzig Hochschule für Musik und Theater- Leipzig. I offer lessons in English as well as Korean. My teaching is very organised based as well as providing methodology instructions to students. Music is a very particular and emotional way to communicate with our environment. Everything in this world works with vibrations, which we can translate into music, according to different points of perspective. With music we can transmit our feelings, moods, needs or sensations that come from the deepest part of our being and we cannot express them in any other way. I am here to share my knowledge in music with you and take you to another level with your musical skills. I am Jesus and I am currently working as a guitar and bass instructor at the school of modern music (MMS Leipzig) in the German city Leipzig.

The diverse positive effects of Musik have been repeatedly researched and published. Most of all however, it's simply a lot of fun! Whether you'd like to jam with friends around the fire, mess around with the guitar at home or master classical pieces, I am happy to offer guitar lessons on any level for any age. Hey! My name is Richard and I give private lessons to all levels. For guitar, it is important that you can improve yourself in a pleasant environment in a fun way where your interests are central. Do you want to delve deeper into a certain style? Do you want to create your own sound on your guitar using amps, and pedals, ...? I can help you with all that! Knowledge of solfège or music theory is not required, we can always discuss this in class if you wish, but that is certainly not mandatory ;) I have been playing the guitar since I was 9 years old and for several years now I have been playing in professional bands with which I have been able to play on sugar rock, for example. For many people improvisation is a scary word and having to improvise in a group or band is an alarming prospect. However, this really does not need to be the case. As long as you have a basic knowledge of how to play your instrument you will be able to improvise. Once you know the principle of how chords are formed you will soon be improvising with ease. If you play a keyboard instrument you will be able to improvise your own pieces and be able to entertain your friends at a moments notice. On the other hand if you play in a band or a group you will be well equipped to do a real 'jam' session. Whether you play a single line instrument (flute, saxophone, trumpet, violin etc.) or keyboard instruments, this class is for you.
