I'm a multi-instrumentalist singer, songwriter and performer and I offer applied classes on writing/arranging/producing pieces of music using various instruments of your choice, including your computer. I use a 'learning by creating' method, where we focus and go deeper on certain aspects depending on your needs on your music creation process. I like to use personalised methods that matches your desires, rather than following a certain curriculum. The goal is to help you gain or improve awareness on how a piece of music is written and learn various ways to begin and finalise a writing process. During our practices, I will naturally be transferring my knowledge on certain aspects such as: - Rhythm - Form - Dynamics - Texture - Melody making - Singing - Guitar playing - Placing words into music/making music around words - Improvisation as a compositional tool - Integration of Ableton Live into creative process - Recording - Mixing During the sessions, we'll either write together from scratch or work on your own material and tackle the issues of constructing a piece of music. My method is based on each student in particular. It doesn't matter what your level is, I enjoy teaching people who have a commitment to music and art. The main topics we'll work on are: Recognizing the guitar fingerboard, technique, sound, ear training, transcribing, harmony and harmony applied to the instrument, and reading and studying the instrument through the music you like and chose.

This other class would cover a range of electric guitar techniques, from classic rock-inspired "Little Wing-ish" hammer-ons and pull-offs to harder rock styles like fast picking, sweep picking and pinch harmonics. It can also be on a completely different path, where we dive into both open and muted funk techniques with a pick. Of course, this course will also be structured around and practiced with the specific songs you'd like to learn and play. I teach for all levels, from children starting from zero to students who want to prepare certifications at the Conservatories, passing through amateurs or simply curious of any age. I firmly believe in the importance of knowing how to read music and this is exactly what I teach first, obviously adapting the method to the age of my students: knowing how to read music is knowing one more language, which, if learned well, won’t ever be forgotten (like riding a bicycle!) and it is an invaluable wealth. Starting from that point I teach the position of the hand, the arm and the whole body at the piano, the fundamentals of the piano technique (giving great importance to the percussive movement of the finger and the distribution of weight), the understanding of musical language, the expression of the personality through the keyboard, the search for touch and knowledge of piano repertoire.
