Hi! My name is Eduardo, a professional musician and long-time music teacher. I am offering physical and online lessons in Music Theory, Improvisation and Instrument. #Harmony #Composition #Solfège #Saxophone #Clarinet #Piano Lessons are addressed to every student profile, regardless of age, level of expectations (no matter if it is seen as a hobby or rather if the individual is getting prepared for official Conservatory auditions, etc.). We will play and/or focus on what the student is willing to deepen into (whatever music style they are interested in, more theoretical aspects or rather practical ones), trying to get the maximum profit of the employed time, and prioritising the actual learning of the person as the main factor for their motivation. I obtained my Jazz Music Master's program at the Prince Claus Conservatoire of Groningen in June 2022. Previously, in 2018, I graduated from my music Bachelor's at the Conservatorio Superior de Música del Liceu in Barcelona (Spain).

Music Theory for all levels: In this lesson you will get deep knowledge and understanding of music. Either you are a complete beginner, an instrumental performer, or you want to prepare for entrance exams into a music conservatories, these classes are perfect for you. Together we are going to read, listen and analyze music and work towards understanding it in a musical, structural and compositional level. In addition, for the instrumentalists that may join the class, we can even discuss and work on pieces that you are already studying at the moment, regarding on your musical interpretation, the piece's structure, analisys and time period.

Apart from teaching the most amazing latin rhythms, In my lessons I apply the stick control book, to achieve a good technique, and at the same time I teach coordination and grooves, with the best methods and books from the most qualified drummers. I'm a professional drummer from Spain, but living in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. I have studied Latin drums at Codarts, university of the arts, in Rotterdam, so I've acquired a lot of knowledge and skills on Cuban and Brazilian music, jazz, funk and Pop. I've performed in places such as: North Sea Jazz Festival, Het Concertgebouw (Amsterdam), Tivoli (Utrecht), Jazzcafe Dizzy, etc...

That's why for the first part of every lesson will be focused on the Sound and the saxophone technique. You need to learn how to build your own saxophone tone and how to sing into the instrument. This process can take some weeks for really beginners but it'll show you how the musical practice can positive effect your all body and emotions, as well as your creativity. In order to make your music journey more fun and personal my lessons will be based on your music interests and purpose (learn how to read music, improvisation ecc...) During this journey together we'll build your own repertoire of songs that most represent you, which we'll dedicate the second part of the lesson. FOR NERDY ;) For those who wants to go deeper into the world of saxophone I'll organize some special 'listening section' focus on the the role of Saxophone in the music history and in the different kind of music. From the classical repertoire (Gershwin, Bizet, Milhaud, Rota, Bernstein, Steve Reich, Michael Nyman...) passing through the more popular: Blues, Jazz (Stan Getz, Charlie Parker, John Coltrane, Cannonball Adderly, Sonny Rollins...), latin , rock&roll, Pop until nowadays. We'll listen to the milestones of the great composers and performers that have made the history of this fantastic instrument. I'm sure It'll be a journey of discovery the beauty of the music to which this instrument has made, and a big inspiration for you to grow the passion toward this amazing form of art.

New lessons are possible from August/September 2023. (Online lessons are possible). I'm Lien and I've been playing guitar for 14 years. I had a classical education, but now I mainly play better known songs. In this lesson I will teach you chords and notes, with which you will be able to play any song/melody within a short time. I will teach in a creative way, where it is important that the student has fun. The student may submit requests at any time. I adapt the lessons to the interests of the student.

I am a brazilian musician graduated in classical guitar, with experience in jazz and brazilian music. Everything from bossa nova, samba, choro and latin music in general is my speciality. FL studio is a Digital Audio Workstation (DAW) that has been one of the most used software in the professional field as well as for pure hobbyists for years. For me, Daniël, it led to graduating from the Herman Brood Academy as a Pop/HipHop producer in 2015, as well as winning the Grote Prijs van Rotterdam in 2021. In the meantime, I have done (co)productions for artists including Topnotch (Universal), and my most recent tracks have been heard on BBC1Xtra Radio, for example. The internet is full of videos and tutorials about songs, chords, scales, licks and even music theory. But if you're tired of playing that song, or that lick, without being able to change it, then this class is for you. Before I entered the conservatory, I could never really understand what I was playing. And that was preventing me from expressing my musicality. By this I mean, I wasn't able to change a chord, or do a variation on a melody, or even creating an Intro. And this requires not so hard skills that can easily be developed just by thinking in music by its harmonical context.
