My name is Lea. I was born and raised in Croatia, currently living in the Netherlands. I also have Italian roots which makes me even more passionate about my job. Teaching is both my hobby and my profession. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge with others. Whether you need a regular or business-oriented course, or help with school materials, my lessons are customized to meet your specific needs.

As an Italian Opera singer, I help since many years singers with the right pronunciation of the repertoire they sing, helping them in shaping the language in a clear way, which also helps the singing. Our lesson will involve speaking, pronunciation exercises and singing. We will start the lesson by reading the text and finding the right direction and emphasis. We will focus on the sounds and how to produce them. In the second part of the lesson, we will apply all of the above to the singing!

The aim of this class is to help people to study Italian. We will focus on the areas the students want to study. It is also possible to simply practice conversations in this class. Classes will be between 30 minutes to an hour, depending on what the student feels comfortable with.

I am a student at HE-ARC and I offer tutoring at compulsory school and high school level and homework help for scientific subjects (biology, chemistry, physics and maths) and help with language courses for adults in English (up to level B2) and Italian (all levels).
