With over 10 years of teaching experience, including 7 in France, in Paris, I offer courses for all levels, focused on your professional, academic or personal needs and requirements. I worked as an Italian language and culture trainer for staff from various companies (Yves Saint Laurent, SNCF, Alstom, Orange), supporting and training them in writing emails, simulating calls to customers and suppliers, negotiation and informal conversation. I was also a teacher at the Italian Cultural Center in Paris, as well as at the Municipal Courses of the Paris City Hall, managing classes of more than 30 students. I was born and studied in Rome, where I obtained a Diploma in Literature and Cinema and a Master II in Foreign Languages for International Cooperation. Passionate about books and films, I love teaching because it allows me to come into contact with other cultures and other stories, in a reciprocal and very enriching exchange. At beginner and lower intermediate levels, I prefer using a text book/ student book in the first part of the class. I usually use "Nuovissimo Progetto Italiano" and "Arrivederci" by Edilingua, or "Nuovo Espresso" and "Dieci" by Alma Publishing. For the second part of the lesson, I create engaging contents using original videos, press articles, extracts from blogs and social media, literary texts. If the students do not feel comfortable using Italian from scratch, I can switch to English, German, or Dutch. The course fee includes the correction of home assignments.
