I think a teacher should play the role of a guide rather than an absolute holder of knowledge. A guide that highlights student progress through structured and constant monitoring.

My methodology: I adapt to the level and needs of the student regardless of their profile.

A typical lesson plan:

1 - targeting of needs and roadmap to improvement
2 - theory to understand future exercises: explanations of concepts, methodologies
3 - we go into practice with playful exercises - as far as possible, and where the student applies the method/notions studied by playing an active role
4 - feedback: we correct the exercises together
6 - the end of the session is dedicated to a time of synthesis so that the student understands what the course was used for and that he does not leave the course with still uncertain points on the lesson.
