    The meditation sessions I share are perfect for anyone who is dealing with a lot of stress and anxiety, willing to slow down and reconnect with the space of inner peace. This session is perfect for anyone who is dealing with too much stress, but also for those looking to deepen their regular meditation practice.     The yoga sessions I offer are perfect for anyone looking for a transformation in their life on a physical, mental and spiritual level. If you are looking for a slower, more relaxing practice, you can choose Yin, Restorative or Gentle Hatha Yoga. If you are looking to improve your core strength and balance and lose some calories, then an intense Hatha, Vinyasa or Hot Yoga class will be perfect for you. Each class is specially designed for the unique needs of the student and typically consists of: some breathing practices to focus, energise and/or relax the body and mind, then we move into a physical practice (which can be yoga poses, asanas or gentle stretches or faster paced abdominal/leg/back strengthening exercises) and then we finish with deep stretching and relaxation. The class typically lasts between 60-75 minutes and the sessions are ideal for students of all ages (I have experience working with children). I am a qualified yoga teacher with 200 hours and a mental health therapist with over 4 years teaching experience. Come and join me on your journey :)

    “Meditation doesn’t work!” Has this thought ever crossed your mind? Maybe you’ve tried meditation or even done some mindfulness exercises.
