Hi there! I'm Martina. Fascinated by language and in love with the word! I work with children in the Wellbeing sector, teaching kids yoga and plant-based cooking, on an individual and small groups basis as well as kids yoga parties! Having also tutored the 5-9 age group in the past, I'm currently adding a TEFL and IELTS qualification to my bag of tricks! I'm here to offer English classes/ tutoring to both children and adults, yoga classes for children and families and cooking activities!Bulgarian is my mother tongue, I have native proficiency of English, can hold a conversation in Spanish and currently attempting to speak Portuguese! We'll add a first year of Linguistics while at university, a compulsion for note-taking and to-do lists and a renewed love for poetry writing...that's a little about me and my love for language!

Satyananda System of Yoga: "health, happiness, and harmony in life through yoga" (Swami Niranjanananda Saraswati)My personal goal is to share the experience of "health, happiness, and harmony in life through yoga" (Swami Niranjanananda's guideline) with others. I firmly believe that yoga is a powerful tool to promote physical and mental well-being, find inner peace, and lead a balanced life. This philosophy flows into my teaching and inspires my students to begin their own journey towards greater well-being and harmony.
After practicing yoga intensively since 2008, both in Satyananda ashrams in Greece and India, as well as daily as a personal sadhana, and initiated in Karma Sannyasa by Swami Satyasangananda Saraswati, my heart has been even more dedicated to the Satyananda system of yoga. My yogic name (Sannyasin Sri Vidya) reflects my deep connection to this tradition. My commitment to yoga is also evident in my continuous education. Since 2008, I have been participating in numerous yoga and meditation workshops and seminars in Europe and India. In 2024, I successfully completed my Yoga Alliance training in Vienna, further refining my skills as a yoga teacher. For the past year, I have been teaching yoga privately to adults, gaining valuable experience in imparting yoga practices.
My passion for yoga, coupled with my musical background, allows me to create unique and inspiring yoga classes. My academic career includes a Master's degree in Musicology with a specialization in Music Education, as well as various Bachelor's degrees in Classical Piano, Opera Singing, Music Composition, and Theory. As a flutist and passionate kirtan singer (kirtan.serenityinaction.com), I bring a special musical touch to the yoga practice. A special advantage is my ability to teach yoga primarily in English and Greek. These language skills allow me to reach a wide range of students and offer international classes.

One to one Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga. Yin-Yoga. All levels.This class is dedicated to all those who wish to calm the nervous system and work on rooting themselves in the present moment. Connecting with the body and its language. A combination of yoga and somatic techniques that help us understand how our body works and its relationship with the mind.
For all levels, because we're not looking for virtuosity in complicated positions, but to refine our perception, communication and understanding of our ‘total self’.
We'll use asanas and pranayama, as well as micromovements and meditation. Everyone is welcome!
A perfect class if you're going through a period of stress or a lot of mental activity or worry, if you lead a very sedentary life, or simply if you want to relax and move your body.
The purpose of those classes is education, not on the superficial level of mimicking form, but on a profoundly deep level of understanding the full use of the body as an integral whole to maximize full function of each individual's unique movement potential.
The aim is toward maximum physicality in function and overall health as well as a state of relaxation and a stimulation of the body's energy centres and meridians that is revitalising and
healing.

Hannah passionately believe that yoga is for everybody’s body and always give variations and modifications so the practice can be accessed by all. She also gives gentle offerings of assists, adjustments and breathing techniques that can be used on and off the mat.
