In this class we will explore drawing through a series of therapeutic art and mindfulness exercises. This class is designed to encourage students to free the mind of judgement and explore the realms of unpredictability and subconscious creation. You will be lead through simple techniques of mark making, pattern and experimental drawing with a focus on breathing and sensation. As well as drawing to music, poems and film, we will be taking a look at a few artists who have worked within the realms of the abstract drawing and the subconscious. The aim of this class is to quieten our conscious mind and place our thoughts completely in the present, in turn creating a deeper connection with ourselves and the world around us.

I am a researching collaborator in power electronics and I studied a master's degree in industrial engineering. I love to teach everything I have learned, in a structured and methodical way. Through over eleven years of studying and practicing Fine Arts, I have acquired a deep love and appreciation for traditional art techniques such as traditional technical painting and drawing, and mixed media sculpting but also enjoyed experimenting with uncountable numbers of other unconventional media integrating them with contemporary languages. My course will help you improve your skills or learn from scratch how to get drawings, sculptures and paintings according to your goals.

I am a professional artist who has exhibited at the National Portrait Gallery in London, at the Royal Academy, more recently at the Salisbury Museum, and internationally. I offer lessons in Painting, Drawing and Art History. I have a big interest in materials and techniques, I have use embroidery in a series of works that I have realised recently for a solo show in Rome. I gain a MA at the Chelsea College of Arts in London and therefore I can help you prepare your portfolio for university applications or teach you how to paint a portrait or a still life. For the last 9 years, I have been an assistant to British Painter Jonathan Yeo, working with him toward big national shows such as a show at the National Portrait Gallery, or international such as the one in Friederiksborg Castle in Denmark in 2016.

In my classes I don't teach how to do Art, but as how to say something through your artistic work. With me you can work independently, with a coach who will challenge you with some assignments and giving feedback to your personal concerns. In addition, you will learn how to work with several mediums, preparing your own material: paintings, canvases, and so on.
