I don't believe that there is one way of writing an essay - and I don't want students to just improve by copying - but having a sample essay can be useful to break down why it received good grades and analyse what made it work. Having completed various exams when I did my GCSEs and IB, I've also become accustomed to taking exams and I understand that doing well on exams is just a matter of practice.
