law school first year and second year of law
Translated by Google. Click to view original.
Hello,I am a MAster II student of international law at Assas and I offer support courses or tutorials for the preparation of tutorials and / or exams for students enrolled in first and second year of law.
-It must be known that the goal is not to do the work in the place of the student but to help him to understand the basics in order to have a suitable level which would allow him to increase his level and to better envisage by himself following his studies (otherwise the support would be useless).
My own class schedules are flexible, so my availability would be to consider with the student.
I move to the home of the student and offers courses at my home in the Eastern Suburbs ten minutes from Nation and 15 minutes from Les Halles.

University-Level Tutoring in Legal Philosophy and TheoryLegal Philosophy and Theory are the building blocks of Law. These disciplines deconstruct everything we think we know about law, opening our minds to new ways of seeing the world and how law operates within in.
By the Founder and Director of the World Moot on International Law and Animal Rights, this class is taught through traditional lessons imparting substantive legal knowledge and legal skills training, including in the form of mooting exercises. We also work on techniques and strategies for assessments, and, to test the student's knowledge, engage in exercises in the form of mock assessments (essays and problem questions) that are graded by the tutor.

Planning on studying law? Want to know more about how the law works? Want to know how to write like a lawyer? Then this class is for you!Hello! My name is Christian and I am a qualified solicitor back in my home country of New Zealand.I've recently moved to London and before I embark on my next professional adventure, I thought it might be a nice time to give back some of the knowledge I've collected over my studies and professional experience. I took great satisfaction when I helped my younger brother during his legal studies (and even more so when I admitted him to become a lawyer).
I spent many years trying to grasp what the law is, how to write a 'legal opinion', how to write 'like a lawyer' - even how to 'think like a lawyer'. Surprisingly, all thise things are actually quite helpful even if you don't want to become a lawyer. Understanding the law can help you know your rights better, it can help you solve problems more logically, it can help you write more concisely and more persuasively. Anywhere you go or whatever you want to do, somewhere along the line the law will be involved - if ever so slightly. And the best part is, there is always more to learn! Even the finest judges, or the most distinguished King's Counsel don't know everything about the law (although they;d be pretty bloody close).
So let me know whether you're studying law and want some help with your studies, whether you want to improve your writing or negotiating skills, whether you want to learn abit more about the law that affects you, or whether you want to know what its' like working as a lawyer. There are no silly questions in my class!
(Please note that this class is not and cannot be constituted as 'legal advice', it is for educational purposes only!)
Look forward to meeting you all,
Christian
Oh and if I haven't selected available times that would suit you better, please drop me a line and I'll see what can be arranged.

Teaching International Humanitarian Law at 2 Levels; Intermediate - AdvancedWith over one year experience in teaching and a decade long experience with adolescents and young adults, I, herein, present my course in "International Humanitarian Law".
In today's globalized world where the effects and repercussions of a conflict are not confined within a single state, it becomes crucial to know what rules are in place that regulate conflict and provide protection to those who are vulnerable. Aiming to mitigate and prevent human suffering in an armed conflict, International Humanitarian Law gives us answers to questions, such as: who can and cannot be targeted and under which conditions; at what times does a protected person lose protection; who is a combatant; what distinguishes a combatant from a civilian; and, what protections are available to those who do not take part in an armed conflict.
Amidst the many interstate conflicts, such as, Ukraine-Russia, Iran-Israel and Palestine-Israel conflicts, as well as the intrastate ones, such as in Sudan, having a working knowledge of International Humanitarian Law becomes even more vital as it re-establishes one's trust in law and humanity at such uncertain times as these ones.
