I was introduced to the spiritual world over 20 years ago and have since maintained a rigorous, deep, and regular meditation practice.Very young I developed an interest in health and well-being. I followed for more than 15 years a great Chinese master of Qigong from whom I learned an advanced technique of meditation. I learned a lot about the science of the human body: how it works and the close relationship between food and healing.
When I was a French teacher for several years, students came to see me to talk about different topics related to well-being and health. I eventually decided to take a coaching course in personal development to help others regain their power, their confidence and their harmony with their inner nature, to live a fulfilling life. At the same time, I took Hatha and Vinyasa yoga training (380hrs) with Sylvie Tremblay at the Montreal Sangha. This training transformed my life and led me to settle in Costa Rica in 2018.
For me, yoga and meditation go far beyond the physical because of their holistic benefits. The practice of yoga and meditation are very powerful not only for healing the body but also for the spiritual nature of the person. As a 200 Hour yoga Teacher and 50 hour FlyHighYoga teacher I will be your guide and coach to embark on your journey with a variety of purposes - be it weight loss, toning, relieving stress, controlling emotions, going through a difficult phase in life, curing pain and symptoms, staying in shape, improving flexibility or practicing to become a professional.We will do different asanas in conjunction with the phases of the moon. Additionally, I work with breathing - the power of breathing is an add-on to your yoga practice. With the control of your breath you can actually turn off the mind when it’s spinning - this will give you clarity. Nonetheless, it’s a very powerful way to cleanse your airways and lungs. The lungs fight pathogens on a daily basis - but have you ever wondered when you actually cleanse them ?
I am an experienced and certified teacher with over 150 hours in teaching in studios and University facilities. I can teach one on one classes but also groups up to 50 people. My practice is dedicated and adapted to my students. I focus on getting the best out of everyone, mostly having fun and feeling great during and after class.

I have recently graduated with a Barre foundations diploma, provided by the MethodBarre. Barre a very popular sports enables you to build strength and elongate your muscles. As an ancient dancer (Jazz and Ballet) at the Conservatoire de la Musique du Luxembourg, I have strong ballet foundations. However, my barre practice merges fitness and ballet. Yogi’s and anyone can benefit from Barre classes.

Finally, I have a nutrition diploma by the Univeristy of Groningen, where I am also currently being trained to become an MD. My nutrition diploma is an advantage to you as a coach- I can guide you in injury recovery, detox and assist you with certain medical conditions such as IBS or other gut diseases in the autoimmune spectrum.

As a professional dancer, teacher, and performance maker I am introspectively processing each working day in consciousness, listening to my upcoming emotions, triggers, or anxiety when it comes to be physically and mentally performative in a team, or as a freelance artist.
Instead of suppressing these emotions and creating energetical and mental blockages (that can end up into somatic pains or burn-out): we should pay more attention to these inner warning messages and strengthen our emotional intelligence to be able to cope with the infinitesimal external stimulus and daily-stress of our very fast lives.

Transcendental Embodiment (TE) is the result of three years of research and development. Merging from a movement philosophy research entitled Behind & Beyond, to its phenomenological understanding. The metaphysical unity of the tangible and intangible bodies expounds on the undeniable relationships between those in the physical realm. The tangible body (the material vehicle), the intangibles bodies (psychological, emotional, energetical, and spiritual). As a dance healing practice, guiding the practitioner to conscious corporeality, and subjective emotional understanding, this methodology can also be a useful tool to improve artistry and technical skills on a deeper level, widening mindful creativity, awareness, empathy, and sensitivity.
(TE) movement and dance methodology combines a meditative approach in stillness and through movement, awakening the mind, spreading the awareness into different body parts; putting a specific emphasis on improvisation skills, and musicality, following energy impulses and intuitive movement and increasing the flow of energy.
