If you want to learn grammar or master your letter writing or comprehension skills, we will work on that. In case you want to maintain the level of your understanding and oral abilities, we will improve that. I have been teaching English for nearly 25 years. I teach exclusively online (Skype, Zoom, etc.). I am TEFL certified. I also have the TEFL - TBE (TEFL Certificate in Teaching Business English) and the TEFL - TEYL (TEFL Certificate in Teaching English to Young Learners) certificates. First, we will establish a diagnosis of what needs to be worked on, or, if you already have an idea of the direction to take, I will follow it. From there, we can move forward simply by drawing because there is no better way. I can teach "technical" drawing (live model, perspective, from nature), imaginative drawing in the style desired by the student, how to include this drawing in a composition for an illustration, and how to include these compositions in a narration for a comic strip. These topics will be "stimulators", fueling conversations and language activities that the student themselves will eventually lead. Then, we will identify the student's biggest worries regarding the English language — where they are confused, or tend to make mistakes. This will form the workshop part of the lesson, focused on overcoming tricky grammatical mistakes and revising more complex linguistic and phonetic errors. I also offer the possibility of following a Cambridge exam orientated syllabus, such as Family and Friends, Cambridge Starters, Movers, Flyers, or B1, B2. Student in M1 Public Law at the University of Paris-II, I completed part of my studies abroad including my third year in Japan and a final year in the United States. I give conversation classes and homework help classes in English. The courses are mainly intended for students with a beginner or intermediate level.
