Professional drum lessons for all ages, styles and levels

Hey! Would you like to learn to play that one track (or several tracks) from Coldplay, John Legend, Elton John, .. on the piano, but you don't know where to start? Or would you like to learn how to produce, mix and master with Ableton Live to create your own tracks? Or would you like to learn how a synthesizer works and how you can make sounds with it? I can help you! I've been playing the piano for about 15 years now after my Pop & Jazz education, and I've done quite a few performances in all kinds of genres. In addition, I also obtained a degree in Electronic Music Production at Point Blank Music School, and I am currently active as a keyboard player and producer. I mainly play pop music, but we can certainly look at other genres as well. For piano lessons I recommend 30 minutes so that we can cover new topics each lesson that you can then practice at home. For Ableton Live, 60 minutes is more suitable if you want to get the hang of it quickly, but you can certainly learn it in 30 minutes per lesson. Interested? Beatboxing is a relatively unknown discipline, even though it allows for an absolutely incredible musical variety: percussion, whistles, bass, special sounds straight out of an alien movie... our body is an instrument in itself, and learning beatbox is accessible to everyone! (Take a look at some beatboxer videos online, you'll be amazed!) I'll take you step by step, starting with easy and useful sounds, gradually moving towards impressive, fun sounds, or those of your choice. In addition, I practice with you and complete your knowledge of music theory and particularly rhythm when necessary. I am an electronic music producer with a Master’s degree in Music from the renowned Rockacademie in Tilburg, Netherlands, and I have a music studio in the heart of Amsterdam. Working under the name Malvae, I write, sing, produce, mix, master, and perform my own music, enabling me to provide the entire process under one roof. Riq, indian tabla, konnakol, cajon, daf, indian tabla and percussion set ups can also be taught A bit about me: I have been playing oriental percussion professionally since 2010 with many groups and touring all over the world and I've recorded albums for groups such as Light in Babylon.

We will study everything related to computer composition. Sound synthesis, the structure of a piece, connection with external synthesizers, mixing and mastering. We will also be able to work on orchestral harmonization and setting up a streaming setup.
