Hi! My name is Farida. I am an English teacher. I have been working as an English teacher for 3 years. I am TEFL certified (TEFL.org, 120 hour teaching certificate). I hold a degree in Politics & Sociology from the University of Edinburgh. I worked as pupil support staff in primary and secondary schools in the UK, providing additional educational support to students with learning disabilities. I am passionate about education and providing my students with the best quality education I can offer. I can speak Arabic and B2 level Spanish. I have taught students of all different ages and backgrounds, online and in-person, with different reasons and purposes for learning English. From IELTS exams for visa applications to learning a language to adjust living in a new country, I always try to focus on individual goals and needs as much as possible rather than a "one-size-fits-all" approach. Class is based on the individual wishes of clients, depending on what you want for your child: Class A (I prepare various topics/stories for a child to learn about), Class B (Oxford Phonics books - materials that help children to learn correct pronunciation of the letters/words) or A+B Class (recommended for the best results). High School Math can be confusing for students. Often there is not enough time in school to repeat the content and practice enough, for the students to gain confidence and a routine in solving mathematical problems.
