Preparation course - Preparation for the IEP competition - History

Master student at Sciences Po Lyon, I can give lessons in several subjects in maths, history, English, economics and help with homework until high school. With me, your child will learn to have a real working method so that he can eventually work independently. My lessons are prepared upstream to best suit the student and in agreement with him and the parents. I have many experiences in private lessons and tutoring. I am currently part of several school support organizations and I have several private students during the week. I have been teaching for two years now. With me, your child is in good hands for his academic success.

We can work all the aspects you want from these 3 subjects. You will choose the points you want to work, my goal being to fill your gaps and improve your strengths! My horraires can be flexible depending on what you are looking for.

History and geography courses are essential to understand the world around us and also represent a strong coefficient in studies (before the baccalaureate). These subjects are also a key source of general culture, it is important to nourish them. Moreover, English, especially in our time, allows us to travel but also to be able to express ourselves with as many people as possible. This language is also highly valued in the world of work and opens many doors to those who speak it correctly. Thanks to my interest in these subjects in high school, but also the depth that I maintain for these subjects even today in higher education, I am in a position to give lessons to students (up to the baccalaureate) I got 18/20 in hggsp (history, geography, political science and geopolitics) in my baccalaureate, and 17/20 in amc (English) as well as 20/20 in my English oral exam in my baccalaureate.

For those who do not understand anything in their history or English classes, do not worry, I'm here to help you. For history classes, it can be done in French or English, depending on level and requests. For English classes, I will promote a conversation exclusively in English, for beginners, I will adapt.

Student at Sciences Po Lyon, having validated last year a first year in double license law / political science, and having obtained at the joint entrance examination to Sciences Po the notes of 18/20 in History, and 19,5 / 20 in General Culture, I put myself at your disposal to give courses of History, subject that I particularly like, at any level of studies, until the BAC, through the learning of an effective methodology and too often overlooked, as well as regular, personalized and intensive monitoring.

Geography and history are basic subjects for many students, both at school and university level. They are fundamental elements for developing general knowledge and culture. More specifically, geopolitics and international relations are key elements of political science and international law.

Passionate about history, I am at your disposal for any help you would need to organize and study your EDM / geography / human sciences courses. Focusing on efficiency, I make sure that the study relies as much as possible on current events in order to make it alive and relevant. All seriously, but always in a good mood.

I offer classes on History, Geography, and Political Science, with over 11 years' of experience in these subjects, both professionally and academically. I hold Bachelor's Degrees in both History and Political Science (from the University of Florida), as well as a Master's in Political Science, specifically European Politics (from KU Leuven). I have extensive experience in a wide range of historical and political subjects and have always had a keen interest in history and the social sciences. Additionally, previously I have been a journalist (dealing with Competition Law) and currently am an editor working on a wide variety of subjects for organizations such as the UNHCR and Goethe Institut, among others. I am capable of teaching and lecturing on numerous historical and political events and periods in history, with myself having specialized in European history, American history, African history, as well as the Medieval period and Antiquity.

I am Mohamed from Egypt and I am ready to teach Arabic to all levels and ages. The student must love the language he is studying because it will help him a lot to learn Arabic.
