Law and legal methodology for L1 and L2 levels

Hello everyone! I am a student in a master's degree in Tax Law at Lyon 3. I passed a baccalaureate ES (economic and social sciences, political science). After two years of double degree in law and political science at the University of Lyon 3, I turned towards a course in private law, and more specifically towards the practice of tax law. I had the chance to do my master's 1 year abroad, in Berlin. I therefore acquired knowledge in both international and national law. My learning method is based on rigorous methodological sheets, the establishment of revision programs, the learning of legal bases and finally on the establishment of a logic of legal reflection. Of a serious and playful nature, teaching, pedagogy and curiosity have always been essential and fascinating subjects for me. Having myself been a dreamy and creative student, I am aware of the importance of fun, enjoyable learning and above all adapted to the needs of each student. Having grown up in a family of teachers, it seemed natural to me to teach in turn, in addition to my studies. I am attentive, flexible and available, and know how to be rigorous without being strict.

My goal is to keep students challenged. I love to learn law, french math, etc to students. For me , school il for everybody, its such important . I also support my students and help them to be more confident. Above all I want their success.

Learning is a process that needs to be approached with strategies in order to achieve efficiency. This class will be looking at the fundamental treaties, institutions and member-state relationships in International Law. Looking at the United Nations, Human Rights and conflict resolution and International Humanitarian Law. This tutoring can focus on legal aspects for prospective lawyers, or have a humanitarian for international relations/ sociology.
