Piano classes, music awareness and music theory (CAT, ESP, FRA, ENG, GER)CLASSES IN SPANISH, CATALAN, FRANÇAIS, DEUTSCH, ENGLISH
I offer singing, piano, music awareness/introduction and solfeggio classes.
I live in Madrid and I am a student of a Higher Degree in Singing (Jazz and Modern Music). I dedicate a good part of my time to teaching (musical and linguistic) in the format of private classes online or at home.
I started giving private classes at home to children when I lived in Germany. During the 22-23 academic year I gave piano classes to students of all ages at the RedMusik Music School (Igualada, Catalonia).
I studied the piano and other instruments for more than 15 years at the UGDA and at the Luxembourg City Conservatory of Music. After many years of music theory and piano I obtained the „Première Mention“ certificate from the Conservatory, with the qualification "Très Bien".
A good music class should include not only reading scores, but also theoretical and harmonic study, improvisation, recreational play with the instrument, listening and rhythmic exercises. I am interested in designing the class in a creative way and adapted to the needs and desires of the student.
I hope to transmit encouragement, joy and curiosity about the study of music!
See you soon!

Beginners and intermediate level of music, piano, composition and improvisationTo learn an instrument from scratch you must know the basics of music (musical notes, scales, treble clef, bass clef...etc). If you already have this knowledge, great. If you don't, great too, I'm here to teach you.
After knowing this basics, we will be ready to use the keyboard without being so lost, knowing what we are playing. In this way, the student can learn to improvise, to create meaningful melodies, and to make mistakes as well. In music, anything goes.
The course also adapts to the student's requests. If you prefer to learn songs that you like, we can do so, but be careful: first you have to know the basics of the piano, so that it won't be difficult for you to learn your favorite song.
Above all, what matters in this course is that music is learned in a different way than the conventional one, and that we leave class with a smile, knowing that we will see each other again, to learn more useful things.

In all lessons, music theory will be present in a natural and organic way.

Composition: Acoustic and electroacoustic music, production, film scoring, arrangement, instrumentation, analisys and theory.A composition class that is tailored to your musical needs! This class's main purpose is to help you find your own musical language and voice, either you are a complete beginner in music or a highly skilled musician. The most important question that you will be asked is ''Why?'', in order for you to learn to have control over your musical product, sound and decisions, so that you are always sure that your musical vision is being well translated and transmitted through your work.
In this class we are going to work with:
1) Compositional techniques --- Every lesson we are going to discuss about how do you think your piece should be, and about what does your piece need. For that you will need your intuition but also your ''tools'', and those are your compositional techniques. We are going to see them in other pieces and learn how to use them through your own musical vision.
2) Instrumentation --- To write acoutic music you need your ''arsenal'' and those are the instruments that you might use. In this class we will learn the categories, material, sound, structure and combinations of every instrument. We will learn together how each instrument works and how to notate it on paper, so that you are never limited by the nature of the instrument, but instead you are going to be able to bring out 100% of your music.
3) Arranging --- To make sure that you keep your instrumentation skills, we need to put them to use, not only in your music, but also in an arrangement. Together we are going to work on changing the instrumentation in piece and making arrangements of them so that you have a better nderstanding on how the instrumentation of a piece affects directly the compositional proscess and purpose of a piece of music, but also what are the differences between the sound of each instrument while combining them. Also, this will help you make decisions about the result of the arrangement, do you want it to be true to the original, or not? If not, why, and how do you do that?
4) Music History --- Together we will listen to music and learn some basic music history so that you have a better understanding of the different styles, structures and aspects of music, from the Byzantium and Middle ages music, all the way to the music of today.
5) Improvisation --- If you are also an instrumental player, will work also with improvisation. With improvisation you can strengthen your compositional skills, by understanding your intuition, developing your ear, understanding your taste and learning to work with few material, but the most important thing is to learn how to listen and play music with others, because by learning that, you also learn how to communicate and listen all these musical ideas that you have within you before writting (playing) them, controling them and understanding what is needed and what is not in your music.
6) Film scoring --- If you are interested, in this lesson we will also learn how to adapt music to screen. We will learn how to spot the tempo, feeling and texture of a scene but also how to enhance the message of a movie/game/scene/theatre play/documentary with our music. Furthermore will will learn how to use software for midi composition, and VST instruments
7) Electroacoustic composition and sound design --- If you are also interested in electroacoustic music, in this lesson we will learn how to work with sound editting, mixing, design and engineering. We will listen and learn a lot of electroacoustic compositional tecniques to help you explore, understand and work with a complete different musical world. Our goal is to grow your musical perception and horizon.
8) Music notation and software --- For us composers to write our music sometimes we need to use some programs that help us. In the lesson we will learn how to use programs like that, like Musescore, Sibelius, Reaper etc.

Piano, guitar, lute and/or music reading (solfeggio) classesI graduated with honors from the "Amadeo Roldán" Conservatory in Havana as a lute player, instrument teacher, and ensemble practice teacher. I also perform in the execution of the guitar, the piano and the Cuban tres, as well as group work.
This class is aimed at those who are interested in learning music, either theory or practice. This is a discipline that requires rigor and demand, something without which it would not proceed. The passion and love for this art will play a transcendental role in the assimilation of the contents and the importance that can be given to it.

Piano and performance classes for all levels! In this course you will learn to understand your body through music. To play piano we need more than our fingers, you will learn to feel your body, the relaxation that passes through it and the necessary movements you must make to be able to properly play the piano.
You will also learn a lot about each era, starting from the Baroque to today. You will be able to see how each era is unique and the way of seeing and feeling music in each of them.
