I wasn’t always a biohacker. I used to be severely unhealthy, overworked, and broken.

My body collapsed—I was transferred from hospital to hospital, with doctors unable to help. For 6 months, I was disabled, needing 24/7 care and barely able to sleep for 30 minutes at a time.

I realized that if I wanted to survive, I had to take control of my own health.
