My name is Lisa and I obtained a Master's degree for Violin in 2024 with Lilia Umnova at the conservatory LUCA School of Arts Campus Lemmens. Since September 2024 I have started a Master's degree for Chamber Music at the conservatory LUCA School of Arts Campus Lemmens, still in the class of Lilia Umnova. I study at the Leuven Conservatory and offer dynamic and motivating lessons for all ages. I tailor my pedagogical approach to the different profiles and ambitions of my students, in order to meet their expectations as best as possible. Whether you want to start playing the violin, refine your technique, pick it up again after a long break, play at a high level or just enjoy music for fun, then this course is for you!

I am a Belgian violinist, 25 years old, who obtained her master's degree in violin and chamber music at the Lemmens Institute last year. As a violin teacher, the fun of the students is central. With a stimulating and motivated approach, we take on new challenges by looking together for a beautiful sound, musicality, relaxation and suitable repertoire. I cater to the interests of each student. I want to make you curious about the instrument and show you all the possibilities of the violin. I have already gained experience in youth music studios, part-time art education and private. Lessons can be given at my home in Leuven or Roeselare.

Always wanted to play the violin, but it never happened? Years of your violin not touched and now the will to pick it up again? You are never too old to learn it or to pick it up again! I am a violinist from Hungary - I have completed my Masters Degree in Teaching at the University of Debrecen, and in the meantime I have given violin lessons in various music schools in Hungary. I have played actively in various professional orchestras. From this year I started the Artistic Master's program at the Lemmens Institute. Since my first year at the university I teach private lessons, I have experience with both children and adults. I can teach in English, Dutch, French and Hungarian. I am also following Norwegian classes, and I can give it a try in Norwegian as well.

I am an enthusiastic professional violinist and teacher. I can teach you classical violin, folk songs from Greece and Middle East, as well as your favourite pop tunes and tunes of almost any other music genre! Being well classically trained, I can help you build a solid violin technique and prepare you for giving your best during important music occasions such as exams, auditions, concerts etc. Also, being member of pop - oriental bands with concerts around Belgium, France and Greece, having played with several classical and contemporary music ensembles and orchestras, as well as coming from a family of musicians, my lessons are ideal for students who want to learn to be at ease when they eventually make music with others. :) All pieces can be taught either by ear, music scores or BOTH!! Teaching you basic and/or more advanced music theory to facilitate your violin learning if you don't know yet how to read and write music, can be easily done! My personal experience with music psychology and body movement techniques for musicians have enriched my knowledge and teaching skills. Extra attention is given during the lessons to not only help you build a strong and steadfast technique and develop your music ear, but also to acquire a confident presence and attitude for when you play for others! All is being done with gentle care towards your body's physiology and feelings, and consideration of your learning style. :)) Finally, I'm at your disposal in between the lessons, answering to any questions you might have and offering you support and guidance with your new insights! :D

DRIVEN AND DIVERSE VIOLIN TEACHER | As a violin teacher, I teach in a way that focuses on the pleasure of the student when playing their instrument. For this I turn, for example, to the use of different music styles (classical, film music, pop, Balkan ...), improvisation, modern technologies and ensemble playing. Hello everyone! My musical journey began when I was just four years old, starting with the piano. Later, at the age of seven, I eagerly embraced the violin, adding its enchanting melodies to my repertoire. I achieved a professional mid-grade in both piano and violin. Fueled by my love for music, I moved to Rotterdam, Netherlands, to pursue a Bachelor's degree at Codarts University of Arts. Under the guidance of teachers like Natasha Morozova and Hed Yaron Meyerson, I refined my skills and nurtured my artistic vision. After completing my Bachelor's studies, I continued my musical exploration in Codarts' Master's program. Alongside my classical training, I've always been intrigued by the therapeutic potential of music. In 2023, I earned certification in Music Therapy, expanding my horizons and deepening my connection to the healing power of music. In collaboration with my colleagues, I am member of the Olga Trio. Our mission is to highlight the works of women composers throughout history. Our debut performance at the IV Concurso Nacional de Interpretación de Obras de Mujeres Compositoras was a proud moment, affirming our commitment to amplifying diverse voices in music. Beyond classical music, I've always been drawn to exploring different genres and styles. As a member of the Jong Metropole Orchestra in 2023, I relished the opportunity to collaborate with musicians from diverse backgrounds, pushing the boundaries of traditional musical conventions. In every note I play and every project I undertake, my passion for music shines through. It's a journey of exploration, growth, and discovery, and I'm excited to continue sharing my love for music with the world. I've been teaching during the last 8 years. I am flexible with the students needs and I embrace fun and creativity in my lessons.

Violin lessons for beginners I can teach you the violin from scratch to professionalism, and this will include teaching musical notation, writing and reading. We can start by learning the principles of music and then gradually move to training on the violin. There will be a special book for teaching.

I am a freelance musician, performing with several orchestras across Europe. I have recently finished my Masters Studies in KASK Conservatorium, Belgium and am currently living in Oslo. Passion for music was the main vehicle that brought me to where I am now. But a big part of the origin of that passion came from the teachers I had contact with. .....
