Italian language course for foreigners, all levels

I have been teachingitalian to foreigners since 2021. For me is important to create a good connection with the students and get to know them better in order to make them feel part of the learning process and being in the driving seat of their education. I have an aspiration to create a fun and inclusive learning environment and to also bring the Italian culture to the students. for those who are advance , we can practice speaking in Italian. We can decide a topic together in advance and we can have discussions about it. I can prepare questions for you and different activities for you to practice your Italian. Let ́s just find an agreement. For the beginners we will go trough the firsts steps to learn Italian, how to introduce yourself and to talk about yourself in a formal and informal Phrases, through the best and effective ways of jumping into a language; practice through reading and speaking! By the end of our lessons, you will know how to greet others, introduce yourself, being able to conversate with people about what you like and so on.. We will do all of this in a fun and active way.

I am Asia from Italy, I am 19 years old. I am graduated in Social Science (high school) and I am attending the Vytautas Magnus University at Kaunas. My native language is Italian. Therefore, I will be able to teach Italian at a very high level. While, I am currently studying at an English university and I got the certificate of IELTS B2. I will offer Italian classes to everyone, I do not have limits of age or the level that the student will require me. On the other hand, I will be able to teach English to students of elementary, middle and high school. Hello, My name is Giorgia. I hold a PhD in Italian from the Department of Romance Studies at UNC-University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I also hold a Ph.D. in Contemporary Philosophy focusing on Italian and French Aesthetics. I worked for fifteen years as a translator from French into Italian. My academic research is interdisciplinary and combines literary criticism and philosophy. My research interests include the relationship between contemporary Italian and French literature, the Italian and French avant-garde movements in literature and film, and the interactions between literature, philosophy, the arts, and film. For seven years, I have taught Italian at the elementary, intermediate, and advanced levels, and also taught a course on Italian cinema. In my teaching, I strive to contribute to improving conversational fluency, refining writing skills, and enriching vocabulary. Through contributions on art, history, politics, daily life, cinema, and Italian literature, I invite students to experience the complexity and richness of Italian culture and language. In addition to being my mother tongue, Italian is a language I love and enjoy teaching. My experience teaching Italian has allowed me to experiment with many different teaching methods, find my own unique teaching style, and, above all, develop teaching activities that have proven very effective with students from the United States, France, and many other countries. My courses are aimed at all students who wish to master spoken and written Italian, those who want to pass the Agrégation and/or CAPES Italian exams, but also those who wish to cultivate the study of Italian to progress even simply in conversation.
