You will learn how to show your emotions through movements to best inspire the audience and enjoy. We will work on rhythm, tempo (which are two different things), creativity, improvisation techniques and theatrical performance (if interested). I do not like to work genre-based (for instance only hip-hop, or only classical music), but we will practice what you like the most. However, my strengths are rather in contemporary and modern style, hip hop, breakdance, belly dancing, and Persian dance. We can also specialize in one of these if you are interested. Let’s Get Lyrical Class includes a fun warm up, fitness challenges, flexibility training and fabulous choreography to learn! A lovely class for you to improve technique and focus on performance qualities. All levels welcome, please make sure you wear confortable clothes and have water ready.

In addition to ballet classes and stretching, I also provide audition preparation and competition training variations. My ballet class is typically divided into two parts: Barre and Center, which include adagio, pirouettes, and jumps. We can reserve time for pointe technique upon request as well. During classes, attention is given not only to the technical aspects of the combinations provided but also to their musicality and the logic of movements. Detailed analysis is also provided on which muscles should be engaged in each movement and what sensations the student should experience when executing the steps correctly. It would be great if you could share a video of your class or variation performance before our first class. This will allow me to assess your level and make our lesson as productive as possible.

I am a professional dancer with a disability. When I became a mobility aid user I had to make alot of my own acts and training routines. Even when I got jobs with mainstream company's they didn't know how to adapt choreography to me and I would have to do this myself. I work with a lot of disabled people and I am very skilled in creating dance classes/ routines or a training regiment for the dancer then to practice on there own. I am trained in many different area of dance and work with Professionals/ aspring professionals, student dancers, hobbyists and those who are using dance to achieve a different goal. Examples of other goals include: weight loss, improving fitness, improving coordination, expressing themselves, improving confidence and others.
